One of the best places we stayed in Romania. The service really stood out, and they really went out of their way to make you feel welcome. It was so nice I'm thinking of going back to see what it is like in the winter for the ski season! Their Forest Restaurant, is quite something. Excellent food and you really can imagine it being been put together by tree elves! Food was excellent, as was the service, and the menu extensive and interesting.

Rooms were quite nice. It was actually hot inside so had to open window. Bed was very comfortable, room overall too. Shower not so nice, bathtub and shower head can be better. Restaurant was good, breakfast average. Coffee had quite bad taste. Conference room also nice but there were misses in the service, bad coffee, no milk, warm water for tea. Sauna very small, no working clock so no way to know how long you stay there.
A boutiq hotel, tastefully and refined, and a restaurant with products to taste the most demanding gourmets.
The restaurant is a top one, with delicious game dishes.
Superb, it's a word that says a lot. It's the first time we come but we'll come back with the kids.

The hotel is located in an inappropriate and crowded area, near the road, where the air polluted by cars neutralizes the benefits of the natural environment. I do not recommend this hotel to be frequented by families with children, due to the high level of danger.

First of all, if you have 5 stars, the outward appearance must be impeccable. Try looking at this front, side, back ... hotel you will see a lot of adjacent troushes, rubbish, unhealthy portions - the pension is poorer Inside .... It looks like a hotel - it does not give you back! Get into the room ... it's normal, it's nothing impressive ... it still has 5 stars !!!! How did it get Prices are enormous for normal things. Everything is a stupid thing to get your money out of your pocket thinking it's something of 5 stars. NO!
An excellent choice, high quality hotel, stylish, clean, warm and cosy. Ideal accommodation concept, very comfortable bed and professional services. If you are in the area it is totally worth it. The staff is exceptionally kind, always smiling and ready to help with all your needs. The restaurant serves good and varied food, the spa is clean and very nice. I was there this weekend and I was impressed! A hotel like outside with impeccable service. Too bad it's very crowded in the evening at the restaurant and you have to make reservations in advance but the food is really good.
Brilliant! I noticed that the people at the reception are always attentive. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a dream design.
Lovely hotel nessled in the mountains. The rooms are wonderful and the forest restaurant is very unique. The breakfast let's this wonderful hotel down and is the only negative. No decent coffee and the hot food is cold. Real disappointment.

Beware of beverages, especially glasses, can cost 70 lei per glass, depending on manufacturer, year, and waiter who does not inform this detail. A MUCH MINUS I CONSIDER THE FACT THAT EVERYDAY WE WAS REQUESTED IF I CONSUMED THE CEVA FROM THE MINIBAR. I AM THAT YOU HAVE NOT SENT A CAMERIST TO VERIFY. I HAVE NOT HAPPENED THESE HIGHWAY THAN 5-STAR. Nonsense.

The staff goes out of their way for you They even drove us to Peles castle on Halloween night We had no cash and they provided us with cash while they put it on our bill and that was a great help Would absolutely stay at this hotel again .... But if you're driving you need a GPS to get there
Believe it or not, everything regarding this hotel is outstanding!! The employees are so warm-hearted, they'll do anything to make you feel like heaven! The hotel is placed in a quiet area, the view you have every morning charges your battery and the food leaves you speachless. Thank you very much for everything and until next time!
Forest Restaurant is a special treat. High prices but exceptional food.

A great surprise to find this little gem nested in the mountains... The decor is exceptional the restaurant ambiance places you right in the forest with a fine dining experience topped only by the portion sizes... The prices are on the higher side but we didn't mind as the service and the experience made it worth... Highly recommended for food, friendliness and experience. Hope to return some other time...

An elegant hotel, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, where we enjoyed comfort and tranquility. The staff is very welcoming and attentive, we received champagne and fruit from the house on arrival.
