Fanstic for the family. Road track is great, certain selections are down hill and gradiants which young riders may struggle a little. Mtb trail, a little short but caters for beginners to medium skill riders. In general great place to More

We went as a family of 4, and enjoyed it very much. We cycled along the yellow road track that is a mile and a half. It was very safe with no cars and fences around it. The play area is very large and has activities for the whole family.
We did not try this but there is a BMX Track, 3 mountain bike tracks for different types of experienced riders and a skate park for scooters and skates.

It would be good for clubs for there is smaller circuits and the mountain tracks.

To conclude we all thought it was a great day out though the pricing was a little overpriced. I strongly think you should try it because we will definitely go again.

NOTE: You can not cycle in the park unless you have a helmet and will need some cash to pay for food.

All in all an excellent addition to North Kents infrastructure, however, be sure to check what parts of the park are open and when, as individual sections are often closed for events / schools / charities etc. DO NOT just turn up, you could be disapointed!

Popped along to the track today as just wanted a good workout on the bike without having to worry about cars for a change. Easy to park, not too expensive to use the track either. Lovely smooth surface. The lady on reception was very friendly - highly recommended for a safe winter ride - will be coming back

I've been going here for about the last 4 months at least 3 times a week, very warm and welcoming team.
They run parent and baby classes which I think is a fabulous idea, especially for new parents wanting to get back into exercise, plus the instructors are amazing with the little ones.

I like the nice and easy online booking system, which makes it so much easier to pre book classes.

We usually meet up in the cafe every Monday with the other mum's for a coffee and cake, the cafe staff are lovely and very accomadating and they serve good granola bars.

Thanks

Amazing fun packed family day out for all ages.

Staff are welcoming and super helpful on the phone and at the park itself.

Amazing family value. It s great to go somewhere without breaking the bank as a family.

Lots to do in terms of playing area and riding bikes.

I thoroughly recommend the Cyclopark to all.

PLAY AREA NOT SAFE FOR TODDLERS

PLAY AREA NOT SAFE FOR TODDLERS

Having paid the entrance fee for my 21 month old to play in the sectioned off children's area, I was initially impressed with the facilities and the effort that had been made with the play equipment. However this soon changed when my toddler fell and got entangled in thorny plants that had been planted metres from climbing frames, within the gated area. His face was left bleeding and covered in deep scratches only just missing his eye.

How these sorts of plants could be considered safe in a children's playground is completely beyond me, especially as it isn't clear what they are or how dangerous they are until you are up close to them. Needless to say we raised this with the management expecting them to remove the plants before other children ended up hurting themselves. Unfortunately they refuse to take the incident seriously and maintain there is nothing wrong with having dangerous plants within a children's play area!

So unless you have children that aren't interested in exploring and stick only to paved areas (not any toddler I have ever met!), or are old enough to know to be aware of thorny plants, then I strongly advise you don't take your children here to use the playground. It is only a matter of time before another child hurts himself, hopefully they will take that incident more seriously and do something about the landscaping then. I won't be going back now that I know how little regard they have for children's safety.

This review is purely for the gym not the cycling, skateboard facilities or classes. Friendly staff and nice charity ethos. Really expensive as a gym unless you use classes. Very limited equipment that is very busy in the peak after work period. They crowd gym with a HIIT class most early evenings which makes the space very crowded. Both showers and changing room all communal with toilet only private space. I wish I had realised their is a 2 calendar month notice period which is very annoying when they are not able to provide more realistic equipment levels for numbers using gym. My advice would be see if it works for you first before you sign up.

Went to National Cyclocross Championshiop yesterday. Event and atmosphere brilliant, parking awful. Obviously underestimated the amount of cars. Had to park in a side road, local residents not very happy. Not sure what can be done, but More

May I say the the receptionist on the desk is absolutely professional, polite and very helpful and doesn't get flustered even though she is often working on her own with a queue of people waiting and trying to answer the phone at the same time. I would certainly give her 5 stars.

I enjoy Pilates and the gym, but the booking system on the internet is abysmal. I go through the process and when I get to the booking page, before I have time to put in date and which group, it comes up with no bookings for that day. This means that there are no benefits to being a member and being allowed to book a day before non- members.

Perhaps someone tech savie could investigate

Many thanks Theresa

I attended the park, where I found the staff was excellent, the place was clean and tidy, where the receptionist was very helpful, who advised us of all the faculties, such as changing rooms and showers, even a place to wash your bike down after your ride, which are all included in your purchase ticket, most places want to charge your for these simply things.
I attended the Mountain Bike Track, this was good where it tested me, few things I couldn t do, my only critic would to have more jumps, there is a fast flowing bomb hole section , where you can pick the hard route or easy, I feel a table top or small double would go great there as you have the speed all ready to clear a pretty good
jump

My Riding level is moderate / I was on a fulls Susp bike, but can have great fun on hard tails and level entry bikes

Good and modern cycling facility. Great to see something like this in the local community, encouraging people to be active. Plenty of parking. I do a couple of cycling sportives from this venue a year. I wish there were more!

Good cycling venue, although I find the mountain bike course quite small. Great easy routes for the kids, but with challenging black sections.
I haven't used the road or bmx courses, but the look equally good.
