I love Indigo so I may be biased, lol. I can spend hours just looking around and deciding on what new thing I think I need. You can even adopt a llama or a penguin. Staff are friendly and let you browse peacefully.

It has a lot of titles for the size of this store. Staff is very helpful.

Location is great. Although the prices is much higher than Amazon and their own web prices.

snagged myself some great books the last time i came here. bought 3 books for less than $10!

i was walking around downtown and i came across this bookstore and i decided to just go inside and check what they had for sale and i finally saw the book of five rings on the sale aisle. i've been looking for another copy of this book because i lost mine. the place was clean and i was able to navigate through the different sections.

Cozy little book store only minutes from the King St entrance on the street level of the BMO building (Scotiabank Plaza). The children's and young adults section have a decent array of titles, lots of little gift idea too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of magazines and a decent selection of both non fiction and fiction for adults.

Modest store with books, magazines and accessories. Knowledgeable staff happy to answer questions and provide recommendations based on area of interest. A variety of different genres are on-site to browse and choose from. Gift bags, wrap and other knick knacks are also available for that special reader in your life.

Organized, friendly and always have what I'm looking for.

Very pleasant service from the cashier. I started getting flustered, thinking I had lost something important. She told me to calm down, take a deep breath. Good advice. I followed her instructions & found what I thought I had lost!

Fantastic customer service experience! I stopped by the store an hour ago. The store sale price was higher than the Indigo web sale price on a pair of socks I wanted so I said it was okay and I will just order from their website. The customer service rep asked me to wait while she checks with her manager. She was then able to price match the web sale. The socks are for a birthday present this weekend and I was able to get the item at the store instead of buying from their website, possibly paying shipping and hoping it would arrive in three days. The customer service rep went out of her way and made it a hassle-free experience for me. Thank you.

I had a great in-store experience. I had an issue with the indigo online store and went in to chat in person. The employees were really helpful and the manager went out of his way to accommodate! Keep it up!

Good for a quick visit. This place is a bit small so check online if they have the book you want available. The staff are super helpful too.

As I'm very fond of reading books, I don't find any such good place like Indigospirit. I love this place so much that I used to visit once a week.

Poor customer service. Wouldn t process return because wasn t purchased there and asked me to go to a different Indigo location, despite Indigo s return policy.

A small store, with top bestsellers as well as a small selection of accessories. Given that there is a large store at Eaton centre, it's tough to recommend unless you need something in a hurry downtown.

Love this place. A quick drop in during the lunch hour is worth the trip for book lovers. We can sometimes find some rare books educational books here as well.

A convenient location that carries most of the latest best sellers and an assortment of items that make good last minute gifts. It's also open early so you can get what you need before work.

Nice, bright, well stocked book store with very friendly and helpful sales staff. The store isn't one of the really big book stores, but it has a great selection of new releases and sales items.

Bright. Clean. Good selection of multiple genres. Staff friendly. Protocols in place for COVID-19. Only issue was trying to find it as there were no maps in the tower where it is.

Located in the financial district, hence the service was always exemplary. At times, this location also hosts book signings.
