Whenever I have questions, I email or call, and Cycle Loft have responded quickly and have always left me satisfied. I have not purchased a bike here, but I call Cycle Loft as they carry the bikes I do have. I have had to place several specials orders for parts, and Cycle Loft have always come through and parts have arrived quickly.
