Appeared for an interview which started at 1pm and ended up at 12am.no follow up made by HR as promised since 3 weeks and all enquiries ignored.lacks general courtesy and unprofessional nature of hr during the endless long interviews.Much cry and little wool.
Cvent as a company is good but the marketing department consists of some people who ruins the career of the new joinee.
If you go there for interview you may end up waiting for up-to 12 hours.I wonder why any Sr. HR or Reggie Agarwal doesn't notice such incidents and bring change to prolonged interview schedules . Cvent completely neglects the fact that the candidates are human being, and then saying that human resource is the best asset of the organisation, now that seems awkward.
What I have figured out is that over the period of time Cvent has acquired money and great list of clientele however it still needs to improve a lot ,at least to the standards it claims of.

Easily reachable place and a very good infrastructure.
No parking for visitors. Even paid parking was very far from the premises.
Great work place at best location. Nearest metro station is phase 3 from there it's around only 400 - 500m walk.
Make sure you are carrying your government id to enter in the main entrance. Visitor are treated very well.
I did visit there for Interview. I never saw interview before. HR came and call 7 candidates in her cabin. And took interview 7 condidate single time. Worst experience

Save your self from this company. It will call you for interview at night and then make you wait for 6 to 7 hours, then all of a sudden they remember that they DO NOT have any HR TO TAKE INTERVIEW.
I reach there at 6:30 pm and till 2 pm they did not take even a single round of interview.
At 2 am they call me and said sorry , the HR left due to some emergency.
This company literally sucks.There are no time management, they dont have respect for your time.

To enter into the Office you need a government ID for identification at main entrance.

Office infrastructure is very modern and good.
At work station I saw mainly dual Dell monitor on almost ever Desk.
Modern Conference Room.
Visitors are treated very well in this office I must say. They make sure you are comfortable.
Staff is very professional from Lower Levels to higher levels.
