Gave interview here. Ambience was very good. A very good company to work with. Only drawback is that they don't provide cabs.

HR is very much polite and professional... Even the receptionist also

HR Department is very much careless and ridiculous ,I am a Job seeker and called up HR to gain some information on the recent openings and at the first place she disconnected my call in half of the conversation and then again I rang her but she never attended my call neither got a callback ever.
Her name is NUPUR.

Very Good it is, nice place, awesome environment, very clean area, and very good security. But if you are applying for a job in Cevent, then its very tough, they have taken 2 or 3 online exams are their if you got 90 to 95 % then only you are eligible for another round

Amazing place to work in. The office is located in Building 14 with a Beautiful reception. You'll love the ambience of the place along with the quality of work.

Its Great place to work and located in a massive building. The selection ctiteria is extensive with Multiple rounds of interviews. U must have ur communication right before appearing for this company. Has a good working environment and great salaries too. But i think there are no incentives.

I am one of the candidate who aspires to be a part of this company however i still have not received any notification by the company.

I spent almost 5 hours to get interviewed and i was assured that i would be given a call back on monday but that day never came in my life.

I still have an utmost desire to be a part of this enormous organization and really excited to work and ready to accept the challenging task. Please let me appear for another round of interview where i can prove myself and my potential.

But the few employees are unprofessional.

The HRs are completely irresponsible..they won't pick up your calls..won't reply to your SMS or your emails..even though they themselves will put up a job notification on job portals...but they won't talk to you..!
Your career or your future is none of their concern.. totally disappointed...!

Good infrastructure but bad extended working hours everyday

Seemed good....Newly opened office space at 20th floor of Building 14

They have typical hiring process , first they apitude test in written , then they again take apititude test on computer , than take another personality question test , then finally take face to face interview .

You guys seriously lack professionalism. I went for the interview today and first of all they misplaced my form. I waited for about 3hrs and i look into the matter as the recruiters were not at all concerned. I again filled up the form and finally i got my turn after wasting 3 and a half hr.
During the GD the coordinator just left out the session and attended her phone call. As she was done with her call she asked all the candidates to sum up their words.
And at the end being the last group left for GD they did the sessions just for the sake of formality.
And concluded by saying "all of you lack the communication skills so we are not going to select anyone from this group" .
Guys seriously just for your convenience you end up giving fake feedbacks.

Was disappointed by the response to some extent when went through there interview procedure. They promised cab. Had been waiting for the cab ever since 9 pm and waited for 2 hours straight till 11 pm and than had to leave on my own. I just want to mention that being a student i cant afford staying late night. Please do think of the inconvienience that you've caused to me and my family.

I just don't understand what goes on here. Appeared for an interview for CS profile & was there for 6h...even met the (now former, recently left) client services director Sekhar Auddy who appeared great. Pending a few formalities, I have been in touch with Nadini Bajaj @ HR, however despite emailing, SMS & calling her over the past 6wks, appear to be ignored. The offer was made...they seem to have plenty of time & resources to waste by first interviewing candidates, making an offer, arranging their drop off rtn transport & then never actually inviting or confirming when to join. Senseless is putting it lightly...I think perhaps they randomly withdraw offers, as the due joining date has surpassed. What's worse is word has it that upon joining, new employees must hand over an undated signed cheque for Rs.80,000. If you leave before 2.5y, you'll loose that money. I wonder what happens to those who for 1 reason or another, leave after a short period & cannot afford to pay this. It's an unethical practice which apparently is renewed post the "bond" period, meaning one is always bound by that money (although the consultancies always deny this)?!

Very humongous Building ,Cvent office is quite huge and very well secured .It is on 19th floor.Its has nice canteen (food is tasty).

They have an aptitude test on their server as first step of the process which is a good thing but their server doesn't work properly. Neither their HR staff.
Overall a pathetic experience and process for end user.
