Had a friendly lady on the phone. But the delivery time was slow. That's why 3 stars. Tuesday morning had the tracking code delivered Thursday afternoon. If something is broken, it must be delivered the next day. They are medical things and important for people.

I had several times contact with Vivisol over the last two years. The employees are always friendly and professional. They provide a great service and keep their promises. This Company deserves a big fat 10 out 10.
