If you go there for interview you may end up waiting for up-to 12 hours.I wonder why any Sr. HR or Reggie Agarwal doesn't notice such incidents and bring change to prolonged interview schedules . Cvent completely neglects the fact that the candidates are human being, and then saying that human resource is the best asset of the organisation, now that seems awkward.

What I have figured out is that over the period of time Cvent has acquired money and great list of clientele however it still needs to improve a lot ,at least to the standards it claims of.
