Its really worth a visit here since the ship burnt down and was restored with the glass skirt around it you can get right under the ship, I did not go in this time just viewed it from outside while exploring the area on foot.

Kids wanted to go again.... Book in advance if you can, but we'll worth the visit, the food market outside also helps. Walking around the area is lovely to... Enough space and things happening to keep kids busy.

Nice. Greenwich museums are generally nice but you have to pay for entry for almost each and every one and every single exhibition and every single show. They should be a way to save, especially for regulars...

A very interesting ship, restored beautifully and turned into a museum. There is a very good introduction by a member of staff who plays the figurehead of the ship and gives a well conceived and interactive history of the Cutty Sark. Good cafe (not over priced) and decent toilets too.

The Cutty Sark is well situated in the center of Maritime Greenwich. The history surrounding the ship itself is fascinating and the views of London and the Docklands is amazing from the ships top deck.
Surrounded by pubs and restaurants as well as live music and the occasional world food market, it makes for a great day out with the family.

An iconic sailing ship which has been restored and is now protected from the elements. Much of her original iron and wood construction is visible. There's a nicely laid out history of tea clippers and the tea trade. She's beautiful.

About Cutty Sark- The Tall Ship´s Races

Cutty Sark- The Tall Ship's Races is a renowned company that offers an unforgettable experience to its visitors. Located in the heart of Greenwich's UNESCO World Heritage Site, the company provides access to some of the most iconic landmarks in London. Visitors can explore the Royal Observatory, Cutty Sark, National Maritime Museum and Queen’s House all in one place.

The Royal Observatory is a must-visit attraction for anyone interested in astronomy and history. It was founded by King Charles II in 1675 and has played a significant role in advancing our understanding of space and time. Visitors can see the famous Prime Meridian line that divides the eastern and western hemispheres of Earth.

Cutty Sark is another highlight of this company. It is one of only three surviving clipper ships from the 19th century and has been beautifully restored to its former glory. Visitors can step aboard this magnificent vessel and learn about its fascinating history as a tea clipper sailing between China and Britain.

The National Maritime Museum is also part of Cutty Sark- The Tall Ship's Races experience. This museum houses an impressive collection of maritime artifacts, including ship models, paintings, maps, instruments, weapons, uniforms, medals and more. There are interactive exhibits for all ages that bring maritime history to life.

Finally, visitors can visit Queen’s House which was designed by Inigo Jones for Anne of Denmark (wife to James I) as her private retreat between 1616–19; it now houses an art collection featuring works by artists such as Gainsborough & Hogarth.

Cutty Sark- The Tall Ship's Races offers something for everyone - whether you're interested in astronomy or maritime history or just want to enjoy stunning views over London from Greenwich Park!
