I received a recall notice and called to get an appointment. I was toms that someone would have to call me back after they checked to see if the part was available. After a week and no phone call, I called back, got an appointment day and time and was told to ask for Jason when I arrived. Upon arrival at my scheduled time, I found Jason who said I wasn t on the schedule but that he could get me in.

The service was quick, but getting an appointment for a recall shouldn t be that difficult and not putting me on the schedule at all was really unprofessional.

I must say every aspect of this dealership has been very unpleasant. I have purchased 3 cars in the past 5 years and this has been the most unbelievable (painful) experience. True, maybe a Ford dealership shouldn't be selling a Mercedes. From the sales person, to the service area, to the front desk, the communication breakdown is obvious! The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. I could go into every detail from beginning to end, but I really don't want to relive the nightmare. Also I'm not one to write reviews but when a company fails this badly in every aspect, the public should know.

This was my 12th new car purchase and by far the worst.

The sales staff required us to make appointments that they did not keep. The web site listed vehicles with incorrect information or that the dealership did not actually have. Our main sales person was, at the most, polite, but he was only one person of many that we dealt with. The rest were unfriendly at best and generally rude and unprofessional. Never during the entire 5-hour-long negotiation process were we ever made to feel welcome or appreciated. The finance manager we worked with was an over-dressed, fast-talking adolescent clown who was condescending and impatient. The vehicle we ended up purchasing was late being delivered but none of the half-dozen people we spoke to by phone could tell us why. It took 10 hours and multiple phone calls just to find out where the vehicle was or when it might be delivered. Telephone etiquette by the receptionist was terrible and suggested she might actually be more suited for custodial work.

There are enough Ford dealerships in the DFW area that one should not have to settle for service this bad. Do not give Grapevine Ford your business.

Two weeks ago I took my truck to service at this Grapevine Ford location, for service since the engine light turned on and is under warranty, Ford F150 2018, customer service is very bad, you have to be looking for someone to help you Attend, and it seems that everyone is in a bad mood, after 3 days they called me to tell me that I was ready, I went for her and a week later the engine light turned on for the same reason, I took her to the auto zone and they told me that code was, it is the same code the same problem, that tells me that they did nothing to fix it, and then what they did all this time, I called them again and they told me that they had no time to service my truck and that they were going to call me to see if they had space these days, two days ago, Ford fascinates me, but with this service it is not worth returning to this place, and I really DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

I had a really easy time buying my used truck. Shawn and I negotiated on the phone because he knew I was a serious buyer, it cut down on the time I had to spend at the dealership! Alexander was easy to work with, he showed me all of the technology features on my new "used" truck. I walked away knowing I got a great deal and I was treated like a human being!

I received very poor treatment at this dealership today. There were two vehicles I wanted to look at, a mustang and an explorer. Before I came to the dealership. I wrote down both of the vehicles stock number so that sales personnel would be able to find them more easily. I was handed off to Curt Thomas who is the Inventory Manager according to his business card. He brought me to his desk and then stepped away to track down to see if the dealership still had the two vehicles in question. I waited at his desk alone for 10/15 minutes. No one came to check in on me or if I needed assistance and eventually that section of the building became deserted. I left and it seemed like other customers were wondering around aimlessly without any staff members helping them. Ford service has really gone down hill since I purchased my current vehicle from them over 10 years ago. The next time, if there is a next time. I will be sure to draw them a picture of what I am looking for.

I bought a 2017 F450. When test driving the truck I noticed the navigation was not working, the rear passenger door lock was broke. The salesman Cody Austin said they would fix those things no problem. So I agreed to buy the truck and they were going to fix everything. After waiting for four hours they brought the truck back out and nothing had been done. The truck was not washed, navigation was still not working, doorlock was not fixed and they did not make the key fob for the truck that they charged me $595 for. The dealership was closing at this time and we were standing outside the salesman apologize to me and promised me he would make it right. He told me he would have the $595 removed from the price and to go buy the key fob and he would reimburse me. One month later I am trying to get them to refund the entire $595 and they have developed amnesia and so has the salesman and refusing to do so. I did not ask for them to do this the salesman offered this to me. Why would I make this up. If you buy anything from these people and they tell you something you better make sure they put it in writing because I can promise you they are not going to hold up to what they say. Also they automatically add $595 to the sale of ever used vehicle and say that the customer who traded it in did not turn in the second key fob. The key fob they charge me $595 for I actually bought it for 347 bucks so they were way overcharging me. Also when they were trying to find a second key fob to give to me they brought out two boxes full of key fobs so this key fob thing where the customer didn t turn it in this is a scam that they re running just to try to get an extra $595 out of you do not fall for it tell them you don t want to pay the 595 for the second key fob and if you want a second key fob go to another dealership and you can buy one for half the price. Or go to their service department and get it for $400. I called and checked the price. Never will I purchase anything there again. For money they screwed me out of they get a bad review and loose a customer. Hope it was worth it to them.

Normally I am a Toyota guy, but I wanted something with better mileage than my Tundra. I worked with Michael, and he was very professional and wasn't the high pressure salesmen I am accustomed to. Got a great deal on a used F150 and was overall pleased with the experience. Though I plan to drive the wheels off of my new truck, I will do business with them again in the future.

This is a good place, they are professional and patient. They worked with her to get the car she wanted and didn't try to talk her into something else. Offered us a free drink even when we was walking out to look at another car. No pressure and overall this was a great experience. The value of the vehicle was good. I compared it to other sources, KBB, and CarFax and the value was right on and they sold the car well below retail value. Great place, friendly and honest. I would recommend this place to new and experienced car buyers.

He took a personal interest in getting the best possible product for the best possible price and within my pre-determined budget. Charlie was great at communicating with me about the vehicle that I wanted the date before my appointment. He sent me videos and pictures of multiple cars so I can make an informed decision. Upon my arrival to the dealership, he had the car ready for a test drive. During the test drive Charlie was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions with confidence. Because of Charlie I walked out of Grapevine Ford with the car of my choice. Very professional, detailed and fast!

Bought a 2019 F250 Lariat... I am typically a GM guy. I have bought many cars, motorcycles, and travel trailers in my life and Grapevine Ford was one of the best purchasing experiences I have ever had. Devin, the salesperson, did his best to get me the deal I wanted and Gary in finance explained all the options (read add-ons) without a bunch of pressure. Ty and Michael were also very helpful post sale. Every time I walked in multiple employees greeted me and made sure someone was taking care of me, which seems to be rare nowadays. I don't know how many lots I have walked through and had to beg someone to take my money. I will be doing more business with Grapevine Ford and referring my friends and family.

My experience was great overall in the beginning... was looking at a toyota tundra they have on the lot and was really considering buying it. James, my sales rep was awesome until we started the financing spew with "Olan" the finance rep... There was some miss-communication between me and James and Olan called him in and spoke lecture him like he was 3... never in my life have i've seen this sort of behavior in a professional environment... You guys need to step up your customer service in your finance department... and James needs a raise if he is dealing with finance reps like Olan... JAMES, YOU WERE AWESOME!

I called in last minute on Thursday night(5/2), 6:50pm to FINALLY have a scheduled appointment to fix TWO recalls on my 2016 Ford Fusion. I m told that a service advisor will get back to me the next day.
It is now Sunday (5/5) and I have YET to receive a callback to schedule an appointment to solve these issues.
On top of this, I attempted in the past to have these recalled parts replaced, and wasn t able to due to this dealership refusing to loan me a rental vehicle for 1-2 days so that I may still be able to make it to and from work.
I d heavily suggest AVOIDING this location due to TERRIBLE customer care (not service) and would suggest either a different location as a whole, or possibly a different brand of car/truck as a whole, as this group will NOT take care of you In your casual times of need, let alone worst.

We felt like everyone we worked with, especially Josh, did everything they could to make our experience as enjoyable as it could be. Our transmission was having issues and the part they needed was back ordered. So they made sure we had a rental car that would work for our family. They checked in quite often to make sure we were still enjoying the car they had loaned us. Overall they made a less then ideal situation pretty seamless.

This was my first time to buy a car at Grapevine Ford and the entire experience was above and beyond any previous experiences I have had buying a car. The staff greeted us upon arrival and were very polite and helpful in getting us introduced to Reid Harmon our sale representative. Reid was customer oriented and listened to what I was important to me with picking out my wonderful new Fusion! Derek Trammell in the Finance Department concluded our purchase at the highest customer satisfaction we have experienced in purchasing a car. I recommend buying from Grapevine Ford.

If you must shop here, Go during the day not late at night.... The staff and atmosphere definitely seems different.
Find Sandy in Lincoln if you need something new but if you want a used Lincoln go to a different dealership... they do not offer the Lincoln experience for pre-owned.
(Lifetime Ford owner, and customer of many metroplex Ford and Lincoln dealerships)
FINAL UPDATE: They turned a bad experience into an okay one. (for what it's worth, emails that I sent to multiple managers were never returned, INCLUDING Juan Cruz that responded to my original review here below. NO manager of any sort ever called me or even emailed me back, they just had someone in finance call me once)

Overall service was excellent! From the moment I pulled up, I was welcomed and they began working on my truck. I needed an oil change, tire rotation, and they offered a complementary wash (I know every dealership does this but I still appreciate a free wash). I was in and out in about an hour.

However, there were two small instances/opportunities that can use improvement:

1. My driver s side exterior door handle came back with a small chip of paint missing. I d hate to say that this should be an expectation when anyone else other than myself handles my truck, but it appears to be the case. Again, very small ding, but would obviously prefer it wasn t there.

2. I made sure to lock my center console to keep my belongings safe as well as the staff working on my truck. After my truck was returned, I found it unlocked for whatever reason. For all I know, they could have unlocked it to see if it needed cleaning but I m left making assumptions. My preference would be that it remained locked.

5 stars because that s how I really feel! I hate to mention the two pain points but I feel like they are easy fixes!

Always get my Ford F-150 serviced here and wouldn t ask for anyone else but Andrew. From start to finish this young man is professional and thorough! He s very meticulous down to wearing rubber gloves when he pops my hood to show me what my fluids look like. Top notch employee and great representative of what a service experience should be like! Every time he ll let me know what needs to be done asap and what can wait til my next visit. I won t ask for anyone else or work with anyone else.

All of the staff were super nice and I believe we absolutely got the best price on the new car. They treated us like members of the family and made a usually stressful experience very relaxed and fun. I'll definitely return and give them my business when it's time to replace my truck!

Last Saturday we stopped by Grapevine Ford just to take a look at the 2013 cars on the lot and my wife just happened to find a pretty red 2013 Fusion SE that she had to have right that second. We were greeted by Curtis Harvey who took us on a test drive. He was very knowledgable and answered all the questions we had. We also had the pleasure of meeting with Dennis Smith(?) who helped us with all the negotionations and he left us feeling very comfortable with our selection and the pricing. Once in finance we met with Ben who was very informative and was able to answer any questions or concerns we had. At the end of the day my wife walked away with the car she just had to have and my wallet wasn't stretched beyond its means. Thank you Grapevine Ford, keep up the good work!!!

I stopped by to take a look at a new Ford truck that I found on the Internet. The salespeople has called and asked when I could stop by and I told them 530-545. I arrived at 540 and waited 10 mins or more for someone to meet me for my appointment? They had the truck pulled around and we took a look at it and they insisted I drive it. I had already driven them before and really didn t want to as I just got out of rush hour but I humored them. We went to the salesperson desk and he took my license to go copy it. He was gone for like 15 mins. Why does it take this long? The salesman came back with the sales sheet that had exactly the price on the Internet. I explained that when I called I had given them a price much lower and they acted like they could do something. This is when things went really south and the salesman became very belligerent. His title was internet sales manager but obviously did not have any say on price as he had to talk to someone else. At this point I was done and told him so. He wanted to get his manager and his card before I left. I stayed to tell his manager how things went but he just came out with a new sales sheet with another $3k off and said that s all we can do. I didn t care because I was done at this dealership. Save your time and find somewhere else. I had been warned before about this place. I should have listened.

EDIT: So I got a response to talk to Grapevine Ford but turns out that person was fired from the dealership last week. I guess the Loyalty Director postion is brutal there.

I don't know what counts for customer service anym...

I don't know what counts for customer service anymore but this is probably the last car I'm buying through them. I have a 2015 Ford Edge that's just falling apart (rear hatch won't up, Sync card issues, rotten egg smell coming out of a/c vents, among other things). I've called about scheduling service and have at least 3 unreturned calls. So I started calling other dealership service depts which have been extremely helpful. I called back to Grapevine Ford to validate my extended warranty and even mentioned to two different people that I'm looking to use it at another dealership because they can't return a simple phone call. And do you think they even tried to make me reconsider? Nope. Basically just gave me my warranty information and the equivalent of "good luck to you". So I'll be taking my business to a different dealerships because I'd rather drive 25 mins further to get actual service.

We recommend this dealer to anyone looking to lease or purchase a Ford or Lincoln vehicle. This may have been the most pleasant vehicle purchase experience we have ever been a part of. Every time I get my vehicle serviced it takes an extremely long time. Over an hour for an oil change with an appointment and if you want the complementary car wash it will easily be another hour. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. On a side note don t buy the extended warranty. They don t honor much and have way too many loop holes.

My sales rep was great, wide variety of inventory to choose from. Very happy with my purchase. I didn't rate loved it due to the finance staff, a little to pushy and I was disappointed on how they kept pushing the warranty on me and wasn't even Ford ESP. If was another plan that charges you a $100. Deductible if you do not go to the ford dealer you purchased from. The Ford ESP is available at most Ford dealerships and you do not have to pay deductible no matter what Ford dealer you go to. Overall I had a positive experience at Ford of Grapevine Texas

Sales process went well, but then I had 2 painful experiences following the sale.

First, they promised me a second key and I have had to make 3 subsequent trips (each by appointment) to get a key and each time they kept me waiting 1-2 hours and then sent me home without it and said I have to come back. I have a 4th attempt upcoming. Still no 2nd key.

Second, after being told they didn t need my title, the sales person is told she won t be paid commission until I bring in the title. This led to her repeatedly calling and texting me very aggressively while I was at work. She rudely accused me of dodging her text when I didn t reply immediately. Highly unprofessional.

These events were unfortunate especially considering my initial review which I left below...

Very nice facility. Everyone was friendly and attentive. The test ride route was nice and without construction zones. Our salesperson, Catherine, was very pleasant. Not at all pushy, just a nice young woman eager to help. I would recommend her and Grapevine Ford to anyone in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle.

We just bought a used Honda Odyssey and the process was quick and easy. We live 5 hours away from the dealership but the trip was worth it. Cris Murray helped us online and answered all of our questions about the vehicle before we made the trip. Fofee Marvie was our salesman at the dealership and he was very eager to answer all questions and did not pressure you at the sale which made this car buying experience nice. Jeff Yates worked the finance end of the deal and he was very knowledgeable and fun to talk to which made the entire process painless. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Buying a car can be a negative experience, but Grapevine Ford made the experience pretty stress free. They gave me a good price for my trade, a great price on the vehicle I was buying, and did not pressure me at any point in the process. My salesman Andrew was awesome. He listened to everything I said and I wanted and the finance part of it was super smooth, the customer service was excellent. I will come back to this dealer for another Ford.

They took great care of my Fusion, changed the oil and rotated the tires. I noticed the tire pressure was low and they took a look for me. I appreciate their quality customer service and most of all, I appreciate they allowed me to bring my curry companion with me. Their love for dogs is priceless! As in any negotiation there are words and terms that are used by individuals that indicate things are going to be taken care of, this may mean something different,,, like. It will be taken care of but, you are going to pay for the service.

We had been to Ford Grapewine and we had done a de...

We had been to Ford Grapewine and we had done a deal for 2 used Car - Toyota RAVA4 model 2015 with mileage 84000 and 61000 a week before i.e. July 2018. We were told during the signing of finance contract that we had been given 3 years and 36000 miles warranty coverage (whatever technical terms they use) and told that every conversaton is recorded while doing the financial transaction.

Based on the trust and wordings given by the Finance Manager, i signed the deal for 2 used car. They told to pick the delivery of the car and documents next day. When we came next day they did not handover the document and told that it is with Accounting department. We will email it to you. But you pick the car.

We took the word of a big well owned GRAPEWINE FORD dealers and took the delivery of 1 car which was Toyota RAV4 XLE - 84000 miles. When we did the followup for the documentation they kept on lingering. They told that when you come next time for another car delivery we will give you all the documents for both the car.

We had a doubt and then we went next week to check on the documents i.e. on 13th July 2018 we had been told that the document is under scanning and what not but we were not given the document or contract whatever they got it signed.

When we had a argument that why they are not giving the document that they have got signed from us they printed the document and we found that the Finance Manager had lied us and got caught when we told that the warranty on 1 of the car is 2 years and 24000 miles but where as he told that it is 3 years and 36000 miles.

Finance Manager started lieing and then apologizing. Till today we did not got any response from the Manager and they are just lingering the case and making us go here and there.

Is FORD dealer started cheating the customer or they do not have sale of the FORD car so they lie the customer and sell the car to the customer by cheating and making fraudulent meaning.

I have called the sales person several times and he is now busy with the other Customer. I have not picked the delivery of the second Car and requested them to solve the issue at the earliest but they are just keeping on lingering.

I dont know what the Finance Manager's intention is on the car he got us signed in the fraudulent way. I need this issue to be resolved and the FORD dealer management of Grapewine should see into this matter seriously and save the image of the dealer before they mess up by selling the car in the fraudulent manner.

I would not recommend any customer to go to FORD grapewine where there is a lot of chance of getting fraud when you trust their Sales and Finance Manager.

This is a tough one, because the salesman I used was excellent & I would highly recommend him.

The finance guy however, I just found out, went around my pre-approval to the exact same lending institution & cost me a 1% increase in interest rate. I am 100% certain that this was intentional as I gave him the business card and asked a dozen times for the purchase order & told him at least twice he needed to talk to Michael at EECU & he insisted that they were taking care of it. Unfortunately I got a call from Michael asking if I was still looking to buy and I told him that I did buy and finance thru him & he told me what they had done, how they increased my interest rate (can you say kickback) & circumvented him, so he doesn't even get the credit. Shady is all I can say. Super shady.
