0 starts would be better,,, Been a very good tenant for over 5 years,,, read your lease very careful, this company is very tricky with the verbiage, you will be responsible for everything. THEY ARE HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH, VERY CHEAP AND THEY WILL MAKE SURE YOU KNOW THEY DO NOT VALUE YOU AS A TENANT>>>>FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO RENT FROM!
Cutler Commercial always did what I asked them to do. They were quick to respond to my requests. I always thought they were reasonable and fair.

BEWARE!! Do not lease an office from these people. They will allow your competitors to lease in the same building as you and they do not care about their tenants. Called and asked if a plumbing company is leasing nextdoor and they said they are not allowed to give company information even though I was not asking for their information. I expressed my concern and they don t care

So if you are calling for Rod or Tyler know they do not return calls.... if you want anything they have listed you need to chase them or lose out.... FYI there are lots of other realtors who answer out there... just saying.
