0 starts would be better,,, Been a very good tenant for over 5 years,,, read your lease very careful, this company is very tricky with the verbiage, you will be responsible for everything. THEY ARE HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH, VERY CHEAP AND THEY WILL MAKE SURE YOU KNOW THEY DO NOT VALUE YOU AS A TENANT>>>>FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO RENT FROM!
