I was interested in purchasing an Audi vehicle from this dealership. The sales person I was assigned (enzo) did not take me seriously. I was promised a test drive of the vehicle I was interested in/promised to have a discussion with the "finance manager" regarding the deal, however no one even bothered to contact me, even after following up. I have taken my business elsewhere. Do not recommend.

The team at Audi Doncaster are terrific to deal with. Had a great experience buying our car from them. Andrew M, Carlie B & Peter D are all experienced, fantastic and look to help where they can. If you re after an Audi - then there is really no other place to go.

Young dealer named Paul was great, we couldn t find exactly what we were looking for but Paul was so helpful while he was under the pump he was still so helpful.

We came in to purchase a car as we had an insurance payout and we're all cashed up and ready to spend. Unfortunately, not one salesperson came up to us so we waited for 15 min, looked around and then left. Safe to say, we did not b7y an Audi but took our money elsewhere

We bought a 'demo' and delivery was delayed (from the date they said we would get it) and then when we picked it up we found tomato sauce on the roof lining within 2 hours of pickup.
They accused us of putting the sauce there (subtly) and say we have to bring it back for them to attend to it (but we live across Melbourne ~2 hours drive away so this is far from convenient!).
Customer service is poor and once there is an issue they may ditch/blame you.
Find another dealership if you can.

Terrible experience with Enzo, NEVER ever buy from this branch again.

Booked for a test drive; confirm a car in stock; NO such car when you arrive until weeks later, he claimed, zero trust worthiness.

Deny you to test drive the other engine of that model, he just want to sell you the top model.

ZERO knowledge about cars, he will read you the specifications word to word from Audi website which everyone can download a copy, why bother to visit a dealership then.

Anyways, Audi is still a great brand but Doncaster brach is a disaster.

Tash was an impressive salesperson, quick and sharp. Didn't beat around the bush, filled us in and gave us answers promptly. What usually takes forever was done efficiently, we were told the price or car, trade in value and shown a sample in 15 minutes!

This is our second Audi and we are return customers because of the exemplary service, no complaints whatsoever. Our experience has always been positive and pleasantly surprised at attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Andrew (and the rest of the team at Audi Doncaster) was extremely helpful and courteous in securing a good deal with our recent car purchase/order.
