Customer Paradigm and Bruce have been a a great help to our company and getting our website optimized. They are very professional and knowledgeable about Magento and other web applications. If there is an issue on our end, they are quick to respond and get it fixed for us. I would highly recommend them.

These guys are great - my PPC is much better than it has been before. I like how they try to get inside the head of my customers and figure out good ad copy and keywords that matter. The last company I worked with wasted a ton of money on auto-suggested keywords that didn't really fit, so I was wasting money and eating up my budget. These guys actually care and are helpful. I'm a big fan and am impressed.

Jeff Finkelstein at Customer Paradigm helped us out with a vexing problem: our website wasn't sending emails to our clients or to us. That meant that we were missing contact forms - our possible new customers - who were contacting us, but it wasn't going through. And for our customers, they weren't getting confirmation emails, and thought that their orders weren't going through either.

It also just started happening all of a sudden, too. I didn't notice anything until I realized we hadn't seen a single contact form through the site for a four days. I just thought that it was a slow time.

The hosting company didn't really know. Googling the problem gave me a lot of different ways to go, but most of the stuff is over my head. I'm fairly technical, but I don't want to mess around with my domain's DNS, especially with all of the warnings of how I can ruin things.

But after working with them for just 30 minutes, they had diagnosed that the issue was likely due to a reverse DNS issue and lack of an SPF record on the site.

Once we were able to find our domain name access (I had to reset the password), they were able to get this fixed.

Jeff's team also recommended that we start doing daily testing on the site, too, and helped tell me what to test and what to look for. They do this for some of their clients, too, but I wasn't able to pay them for daily testing, especially when I can have someone on my team do this.

But I'm impressed. I'll be back!

Same bad experience as the other reviews elsewhere online (yelp for example). Company took a LOT of money from us to migrate our Magento site. A year later, they couldn't make it work (didn't have the technical expertise to do what they promised) and abandoned the project all together. We had to start all over from zero with a new developer. Would have sued them, but got the feeling based on conversations with the owner that the business is cratering around him anyways. I do not recommend hiring them for any kind of large project whatsoever. If you do, don't pay until it's 100% complete, or you could waste your money and precious time like we did.

I was spending a ton of money on Google ads but I didn't really know if I was wasting money or actually getting new people in to my company. The Customer Paradigm team was really good at going through from start to finish, figuring out what I was spending money on, and where I could tighten up my budget. They also really helped me figure out that I wasn't tracking all of the sales through the site. I like these guys.
