Absolutely the worst management Company in Colorado. They never return phone calls, even if an emergency. This mgmt will let your place burn down before they respond. They do not make ANY type of effort to resolve serious issues. Neighbors plumbing draining into your
kitchen..... don't call them, they won't respond. They shouldn't even get 1 star

Custom Management offers very ethical management practices... our reserves are up thanks also to a very good Board of Directors, some of them being on site owners as well!

Property management companies should be regulated, not given the broad range of power they exert over people and HOA s.

To speak with Village Commons Condominium Assoc / Custom Management Corp is a mission because every time I called, I can never speak with someone; I left several messages, no one has returned my call. Unfortunately, the service is very poor; it is like paying the dues for no reason. I just wish they would improve the service given.

Things have not changed from the previous reviews.

If you are looking for the most incompetent, least transparent, sleazy management company, then you have found them in Nick Norman and Custom Management Group, Inc.

However, I must admit most of the staff is friendly but their hands are tied to offer you any assistance.

My recommendation is to stay away as far as possible when looking for a your HOA management company or good luck. Talk to the tenants/owners of any of the properties Nick manages. Not a pretty picture.

Although they state their hours are 9-5 Mon - Fri none of the property managers arrive before 10:30. Then when you leave them a message they never call you back.
They don't have a website so you can't pay your bill online; nor can you arrange automatic payments through them.
Quite possibly the worst choice in property management.

I don't even want to give a 1, where is the -5 rating. Worst HOA ever. Will not every respond to emails, voicemails, nothing. This place has no right to be in business. Trying to sell a condo is next to impossible because the HOA literally delays everything. How can you do business with someone or a company when you have no way of getting a hold of anyone, EVER!

Down right Awful! these people are so incompetent it makes me wanna puke. From us not having hot water for the last three days to a very poorly maintained property.

THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING HERE! THE OWNER/CORPORATION ARE GREEDY AND REALLY ONLY PAY FOR TRASH REMOVAL AND VERY SHODDY PROPERTY MAINTENANCE. UGH JUST UGH

Stuck in the stone-age. They ONLY take paper checks. No e-checks, no credit cards, nothing. Furthermore, AR ONLY sends invoices via postage mail. They refuse to provide electronic copies of invoices.

Their service should be denied even if they offer that for free.

They don't think they even deserve 1 star rating. Only follow rules when it benefits them. Completely disorganized and incompetent company ran buy people that can give you a straight answers when put on the spot
