If you are looking for the most incompetent, least transparent, sleazy management company, then you have found them in Nick Norman and Custom Management Group, Inc.

However, I must admit most of the staff is friendly but their hands are tied to offer you any assistance.

My recommendation is to stay away as far as possible when looking for a your HOA management company or good luck. Talk to the tenants/owners of any of the properties Nick manages. Not a pretty picture.
