Called NLPD but the call came here. I told the dispatch lady that I'd had some stray cats for the PD to pick up like I had discussed with an officer the night before. Instead of sending someone for the strays, 3 hours later she sends someone out accusing us of animal abuse. They want us to call them when we need them but this is what we get when we do.
