My names Ashley and I ve worked here in Holland for 3 months almost now. We are very appreciated here and treated really well. Great pay rate and great teamwork!

Management is understanding when life happens. Job is easy work. As organized as we can be with the building under full reconstruction. Fun team and good team values. Been here for going on 2 years in December. And hopefully many more years in the future.

This place is the worst place to work they treat all the good workers like shit and talk down to them and treat them so bad they quite working there and the people that like there job and like to clean and are not there to just get A pay check they find reasons to fire good hard worker. And the people that slack off and don't give two shits about there job or even care to be at work get treated like gods and get told there doing good. And when you try to stand up to this your gone they like yo keep trash and fire good workers.

Cummins is a great place to work I highly recommend anyone looking for a job please contact Cummins because there's are great people that work there that are more than happy to help you get a job they are friendly and sweet people!

My daughter is a very good worker. What ever job she does, she puts in 100%. She worked for this company and they wanted her to be a supervisor without a pay raise. Regardless she worked very hard for CFS, doing other people's job's who didn't do theirs. Her management was very poor. Not doing their job's so making it difficult to do hers. Whwn she made a complaint, it was done in privacy but not kept that way. She then was harassed and judged and forced to leave. Her treatment was not a good or fair working environment. I would be very wary working for this company.

It's a really nice place to work the work is not that hard I have been with the company almost 3 years just which that they would pay a little more other then that it's been great

Very Happy with their service and professional demeanor. They treated us very well and explained all the services they were doing and made sure we were aware of when they were done. I would recommend them to anyone!

The company as a whole may be good. The problem lies with the management they have on site. Poor communication and exceptionally bad leadership from 2 of 3 on site supervisors makes this a terrible work environment. Very rarely, if ever, does daytime management lend a hand when their night shift is understaffed. They're lackadaisical attitude, while still expecting their few remaining key employees to carry all the workload is my primary reason for seeking other employment. The $13.00 their offering is not worth the stress and aggravation. Management just doesn't care, they want a warm body to do the work so they don't have.to do anything themselves by pitching in. Otherwise, it'd be a wonderful place to work.
