The check in process was efficient and done in a timely manner. The radiology team was kind and did well at explaining what is going to happen. After the procedure was done, I felt like I knew what the next step would be and how to proceed.
The phlebotomists are top notch! I can be a difficult blood draw and they can always make it easy and painless. The part that drags this down to a one star review is that it takes 10 times longer to check in for a simple blood draw than for them to take the blood. I find it ridiculous that I have to provide my insurance card and drivers license and verify every piece of my information when I was recently there for the same service. And to top it all off they have to put a tag on my wrist like I'm checking in to stay.
The staff at the cache valley speciality hospital rock. Every nurse and Dr was so patient and understanding. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable.
I love Cache Valley Hospital. The doctors and nurses are very caring and personal to the needs of the patients. But the atmosphere of the hospital syy to starts with the receptionists. I will chose this hospital over any other in the. Valley
I have now been to Cache Valley Hospital twice and both times have been amazing. The first time was an ER visit and then the next time for surgery. My ER visit was quick and efficient. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. This last time was for surgery and everyone was amazing from start to finish. I have always struggled getting very sick from anesthesia and have ended up staying in the hospital for days. My staff and Dr. made sure the anesthesiologist knew my situation and he came prepared with a plan. I recovered from surgery so quickly because of their proactive natures. I have never had a good surgery hospital experience until this one. I am so thankful for all the staff here at Cache Valley Hospital, including the anesthesiologist and my Dr. They are all incredible!
The staff at the hospital made me feel so welcomed and safe. It was my first time getting foot surgery and I was extremely anxious and nervous. But once I got back there, the nurses and doctors we just so kind and made me relaxed. After the surgery, I had one nurse in particular who really stood out the most. Her name was Ali. I was suppose to be in and out. Not get admitted but I wasn t able to hold up my oxygen up on my own. So I got admitted to watch my oxygen levels and manage my pain. This nurse was amazing. She helped me so much and made me so comfortable. There are some people who are made for that type of care and she was one of them. She was amazing. I never got to tell her before she got off her shift.. I tried to wake up and tell her but I fell asleep lol but thank you cache valley hospital for the awesome choice in staff members and for caring for me. A special thanks to Ali. She is absolutely amazing and I will always remember her and be grateful for her. Thank you all!
All the Doctors and nurses were so helpful, caring and knowledgeable. They really listened to us and took care of John well. I love that they remembered to give him the call button in case he needed it. Thanks so much for your excellent care!
Everyone I encountered was nice. According to my insurance estimate, I did not have to pay as much as the usual requested amount. After the receptionist looked at my insurance, I ended up paying less out of pocket than I thought I would. I had a MRI done. I was surprised that the tech did not tell me to close my eyes. He did put headphones over my ears to help with the sounds. I could still hear the sounds but the headphones helped so the sounds were not as loud.
I felt the staff at cache valley hospital was incredibly professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I am so glad that I chose to deliver my baby here, the L&D floor is much smaller the staff can pay more attention to you and are able to answer any questions.
I was at the other Logan hospital, had been there for a couple hours, and still had no idea when I would be seen.
My wife called Cache Valley Hospital and they said there would be no wait, which there wasn't. The doctor and nurses I saw were genuinely concerned for me. The ultra-sound tech was great!
Overall I felt cared for and left knowing I had been in good hands.
