Good company/Poor Management on site

The company as a whole may be good. The problem lies with the management they have on site. Poor communication and exceptionally bad leadership from 2 of 3 on site supervisors makes this a terrible work environment. Very rarely, if ever, does daytime management lend a hand when their night shift is understaffed. They're lackadaisical attitude, while still expecting their few remaining key employees to carry all the workload is my primary reason for seeking other employment. The $13.00 their offering is not worth the stress and aggravation. Management just doesn't care, they want a warm body to do the work so they don't have.to do anything themselves by pitching in. Otherwise, it'd be a wonderful place to work.
