Terrible customer service and they don t fix the internet when it gos out!

Coverage is generally trash as is wifi. At least twice a month you'll have complete blackout of service for several hours without cause or notification.

Be warned. If you travel for work CValley will cancel your plan with little warning. Their "Nationwide" coverage map is a lie. If you leave their normal coverage area for an extended period of time you'll be canceled. I work 4 days a week in Kansas. Terminated!

Truck 164 races around Macon, MO area flying in and out of lanes, riding people s tails, and overall making the company look bad.

I have found the internet service from Chariton Valley to be Fast, STABLE, and reasonably priced for the average user

Their service is very spotty even on wired connections and they don't have any notifications for downs and don't have any outage maps or anything.

We have CV fiber at 2 different locations and not only is it fast, it s incredibly reliable. They have been fantastic to work with and are great supporters of community initiatives as well

They try to make get you upfront on security deposit for service. I have a 740 credit score and they wanted two months deposit up front. Don t waste you time here.
