We have had Culligan service for a number of years. As a Wellness Center, quality water is an important part of our customer service. We have had good experiences with professional and courteous personnel and quality products.

I do regret that i used Culligan service, I rented a system - I really never enjoyed any of it. I called in after a week from the system installation, because the water is salty and yellow, they said this issue will go away if I keep the water running (there is a change but not much). So I continued with the service hopping that things will change. After a month the water still hard and causing skin dryness to all my family. I traveled overseas for a business trip, when I came back nothing changed, I called them and they sent someone to look at the issue (he said the system working fine maybe the water is the issue, at least that's what I understood from his suggestions). I made a last call but this time they said they will send someone but they never did. I finally called Culligan to come and disconnect and remove the system. I was paying bills all this time, the final bill was about 122.00 including last month and system removal change.
I don't and I will never trust Culligan, I will make a YouTube vedio about my experience.
The ease and economy of home delivery is something that deserves my compliment. Culligan offers this along with a polite and helpful staff. You will be pleasantly surprised at how affordable this service will be. Call them!!!
Happy Customer. They installed an R/O and a water softener in our home the water has never been better. I would recommend this company to anyone great customer service!
money, money, money that's all they want, we paid for more than $400.00 dollars to fixed the problem but nothing fixes, don t buy out, just leased, so they can charge you more money, update my review to 4 and half stars, the company responded and they will fixed the machine for parts only, no cost labor, one gentleman show up, change the parts, everything working, so they need good people to work for them, know what s they doing, last guy know nothing, only know how to charge, say have to bring the machine back to store, have to charge........,
The technician was very polite and friendly. He forgot to turn the water back on for the RO system before he left. One of the small hoses to the system cracked open about a week later causing a leak and had to be replaced. I don't think he checked those lines, or he would have seen it. Otherwise, I was happy with the service visit.
No show during a 4 hour service appointment. Upon complaint, stated no ability to offer discount or other solution to address their mistake. Would only offer to reschedule -- very disrespectful.
Update to original review: I was able to discuss my concerns with customer service after they reached out regarding prior review and rescheduled appointment. The service technician for the rescheduled visit showed up on time and was extremely helpful. In addition to changing filters, he explained everything, told us how our systems work, and did some water tests. 5-stars for actual appointment.
Great products. Just ok customer service. Poor communication. Especially local office staff. Billing and scheduling is more difficult than it needs to be.
We had a cooler installed on 5-4-2020. We are getting rid of it on 5-11-2020. Water taste like soap and it only cools one glass of water at a time. Very generic cooler, the water bottles are so scratched and gouged. I do not recommend

I've never had so many billing issues in my life! Since last Fall, I haven't received a monthly bill...I've gone around and around with the office mgr, who is nice enough, but tells me they are having huge issues with this, when they changed their billing. I've had to call, E-mail, and send message to them every single month to E-mail me a bill! Good thing for them I'm totally honest! She's told me they're trying to correct it...but still, no bills for May and June...aggravating! Spoke with the the mgr today; if I get a reasonable explanation and problem solved, I'll add to this review, but I have to see it first. UPDATE: They switched me to paper billing, and I'm getting those in a timely manner. Works for me. Other issue was never figured out.
Without even asking, the salt delivery guy (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) brought both bags down and filled my water softener for me. Great service and I can't thank you enough!
My water softener had an error alarm. I called the office, they were very kind, helpful, and were able to come out very quickly, worked with my availability. Problem was quickly fixed!
Since 2004, Culligan Ultrapure of Rochester has been the company I have used for my water softening needs and my drinking water. I have been extremely pleased with the people, the work they do, and the products they handle. A great business!
I want to congratulate Culligan for having such a wonderful service technician as Tim, he represents your company very well. No wasted time or wasted effort, diagnosed the problem and rapidly replaced only the parts necessary. I would highly recommend your company. Also a shout out to Cindy for getting Tim there so quickly. Tim also took the time to double check for any leaks and all of the setting on the softener and filters. Again a big thank you.
Very disappointed with this company they put me behind on my other bills by not taking my very first payment from me and kept my bill accumulating with out my knowledge because i was told that i called and told them not to take payments which was a line of bull .... I directly voiced my concern to Claude with him saying nothing could be done.Suposed to get water delivered this week and will not get it now until i make a payment.Go figure.
