I've never had so many billing issues in my life! ...

I've never had so many billing issues in my life! Since last Fall, I haven't received a monthly bill...I've gone around and around with the office mgr, who is nice enough, but tells me they are having huge issues with this, when they changed their billing. I've had to call, E-mail, and send message to them every single month to E-mail me a bill! Good thing for them I'm totally honest! She's told me they're trying to correct it...but still, no bills for May and June...aggravating!
Spoke with the the mgr today; if I get a reasonable explanation and problem solved, I'll add to this review, but I have to see it first.
UPDATE: They switched me to paper billing, and I'm getting those in a timely manner. Works for me. Other issue was never figured out.
