Used to work at their warehouse in brampton. Worse management and supervisor. Treat worker like slaves. No respect at all. feel like Hell to work their . Favorizm too much for full time workers and put all work load on temp workers. Team lead takes 15 min break extra with every break. Sometime out of building and no one knows where she is. Thanks god not there anymore.
I love that Giftcraft has such a diverse selection of products - literally something for every style or budget. Good service and some great prices in the clearance section on the website! Love going to the showroom during show season for the complimentary dinner - that came as a welcome surprise!

The operation Manager is lacking in warehousing knowledge the shipping dispatcher is a prude that lacks etiquette and proper mannerisms. Avoiding this place for employment is highly recommend.
The employees are treated like modern day slaves. While the office workers act like snob noses. Just a money making operation.
I love the quality of Giftcraft merchandise as well as the wide range of products and price points. I can buy a happy face stress ball or Charlie Paige clothing, jewellery or canvas prints. I also love my Giftcraft rep who is honest and helpful.
