Awful rude real estate agent. Our toilet and dishwasher was broken for 6 months while living in a property they managed, they refused to even get tradesmen in to assess the situation. Wasted so much of our time going to Fair Trading, just because they don't understand simple NSW tenancy regulations and wanted to save a few dollars. Beryl Fan even blamed me for putting 'junk food' down the dishwasher and 'acting like a child'. So glad to never have to deal with them again.
