Cta community supports Review

I have worked for cta for just over a year and I have loved working for cta they treat the staff with respect and the clients are very fun to work with. The management is also very good here.

I love this company they are beyond fantastic the way they do what they do. Top notch company staff and executives. They all care about and love what they do.

I have worked here for 8 years and can honestly say I love my job. This company takes care of there hard working dedicated employees.

Haven t seen such unprofessionalism and lack of care for staff and clients at CTA. They will leave staff alone with all clients, which is not only very illegal, but dangerous to both staff and clients. They re Human Resources for staff lacks all of the things REQUIRED to be a Human Resources agent, resulting in poor treatment of staff. A lot of these programs are state funded, CTA I m sure is one of them, so it s sad to see hard working tax money go to waste on a company like this. For those looking for a place for their child or loved one, look elsewhere. Utah is full of great programs like this, CTA Community is not one of them.

Wish there were good things to say about CTA. Terrible treatment of staff and people working, . Very disgusting. The worse part is the management will ignore it, find a reason to say you did something wrong (they will tell lies about you) and then eventually fire you because if you try and question them or they re work ethic, it s immediately an attack on CTA community management.

Wish the best for them, hopefully someone from there reads this and takes action.

I have worked for CTA for almost 7 years & absolutely love my job & the people I support! I have worked in many of the group homes & have the upmost respect for the managers & coordinators. They really care about the clients & their staff. This is a very good company to work for & such a fun & rewarding job

I have worked for CTA going on 5 years now. I love my job and I love the people we support. I feel supported from all of my supervisors, all the way up to the HR team as well. They have the BEST client care (trust me, I've worked for many providers in Utah) and they give the individuals we support opportunities to go out, have fun, and live their most fulfilling lives. The training here is amazing, and the support here is incomparable to anywhere I've ever worked. It's outstanding. I am proud to be a part of this company and will likely stay forever and ever...... And ever

CTA is a fabulous place to work. They always try to make sure their staff is taken care of and appreciated. The way the people they support are supported with such love and care it's amazing to be apart of. I also love that they teach independence to the people they support instead of teaching dependence. CTA is amazing!!

one of my good friends worked in a group home for you guys during that time she would be left alone with all 4 girls each Saturday morning, management never listened to any active issues or offered any solutions for resolving. This company doesn t care about their employees only about coverage. If you know your worth save yourself the time and energy unless you re willing to be treated unfairly. I wouldn t recommend this position to anyone.

I have worked for CTA for two years now. I can t imagine working anywhere else. Staff and management are helpful, kind and supportive. Our clients that we support are amazing. Management really makes sure they are living their life to the fullest!
