I have worked for CTA going on 5 years now. I love my job and I love the people we support. I feel supported from all of my supervisors, all the way up to the HR team as well. They have the BEST client care (trust me, I've worked for many providers in Utah) and they give the individuals we support opportunities to go out, have fun, and live their most fulfilling lives. The training here is amazing, and the support here is incomparable to anywhere I've ever worked. It's outstanding. I am proud to be a part of this company and will likely stay forever and ever......
