I made a cold-call to Caring Solutions from a list given by the hospital. I didn't really know what I was asking because I didn't have all of the information I needed. Sandy called me back immediately. In just a few minutes she figured out what the family's situation was and what we needed. It turned out we already had a custodial care provider and would not need Caring Solutions services. That did not matter. I continued asking questions and Sandy answered them more than willingly because she saw that I was lost in the desert. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, but not only that, Sandy showed very deep kindness and empathy. After a 10 minute phone call, I could not recommend more highly, and I would love to give her and her company our business because of the the professionalism and competence she showed. They totally disregard any well being for their employees ESPECIALLY DURING COVID. i have witnessed first hand maria be absolutely belligerently outraged at an employee for one call out.
