Location and room was great. Folks at the desk were friendly.
Great hotel! Very accommodating and customer service on June 7 at 11pm was awesome! Front desk girl 5 stars!
Clean rooms..microwave only in common area...no fridge in rooms...friendly staff...5 mins drive from a mall...ample parking...
Restaurant has a decent selection of good foods, but it's a bit pricey. Beds are comfortable. No continental breakfast. The building itself seems like it was built a while ago but has been updated. Very friendly staff. Decent prices for rooms. Close to shopping, and the freeway.
It was a good stay but unfortunately, they shut off the water for a change they were doing to the water filtration.
After four days of dry camping this place is great. Nice part was at the time we were checking in there was an ice cream social. The rooms are clean and large. The kitchen has sufficient cooking equipment. This location is pet friendly too.
Left my $200 charger plugged in but house keeping did not have it in there lost in found and management handled the situation poorly. Telling me it wouldn't be solved til the next day when they knew I would no longer be in town. Horrible experience.
Service was great. Rooms are a little dated but comfortable. Location was very convenient.
Clean comfortable rooms. Friendly service. Convenient location. Mini fridge in the rooms. Ample parking. My only small gripe is the the gym is tiny, more than 2 people and it gets claustrophobic.
Embassy Suites at Denver Tech Center is a great place to stay. We have stayed here when we visit the city and will not stay else where due to the luxury, evening reception and cooked to order breakfast. Great staff.
I appreciated the customer service and found the desk clerks to be very helpful. In addition, there was complimentary coffee, water, and snacks. We requested a room with an extra bed, but was not given one, which I did not appreciate. Overall, my stay was above average.
We checked in on Monday July 22nd and was greeted by Stephen Mitchell. He was very helpful and friendly! We enjoyed our stay!
Its nice and convenient location in lone tree with a bar and good food menu for dinner. By the way, it got a starbucks too . ;)
Upon checking in, we had previous issues with booking through price line, that was canceled after about an hour at the least of hassle on the phone with representatives from both the the hotel and Priceline . The other couple we came with , almost didn't get a room or their money back when the whole rooming situation presented itself .We lost our camera charger, called management but the situation was handled poorly; only to be told that the responsibility of housekeeping was handled by somebody else and the front desk was no help. With all the hassle and miscommunication between the staff , safe to say we will not be recommending or staying at this location.
This place was awesome! They exceeded my expectations!
Very disappointed when we checked in last sunday March 1,2020.Front desk did not inform that there is no free breakfast. We asked for more toilet paper as ours are almost gone & front desk said we have to wait for the housekeeping when they arrive in the morning. We woke up around 7:30 am & construction are on going they keep banging the wall. Then when we left the hotel arould 8:30 am & housekeeping are vacuuming already which is disturbing again to the people who are still sleeping. This is ridiculous very bad service!!
I gave it 3 stars because before they used to serve free breakfast now they do not do it but the other services are very good !!
Amazing staff, went above and beyond to help me deliver a training.
Hotel is just fine. Bed and pillows are comfortable. I was across from the ice machine so it was loud. Gym is very, very tight.
Descent hotel, but no hot water available in the morning to shower
Rooms are nice, staff is good. Best food ever for dinner at The Bistro, and awesome bartenders.
Room was great, plenty of amenities, and had 0 issues. Valerie drives the shuttle and she was great. Really appreciate both the shuttle service and proximity to the light rail.
Staff was very polite and welcome. They were always great to my kids and accommodating. My daughter ate all their apples and they never made her feel inadecuate or that she was doing something wrong. The only problem was that the pool was very cold and hot tub was warm; my four year old didn't care.
Nothing against the Marriot. Service, rooms, and help was amazing! Denver itself however has been an awful visit. I'll probably never come back here.....ever. Again the Marriott was great, but that's my little Denver rant. Core out!
They are always friendly and the amenities are good.
This is the first time here
Love the room and the service here.
Very friendly staff here too.
Would love to come back and stay here again.
The bar is super friendly. The staff is happy to do what they need to make your trip memorable. I'd have no problem coming back.
Clean tidy rooms and a very friendly service staff. Would recommend if you're in the area.
This was a nice location just off the 25 south of Denver. The area is nice, and it is easy to find. I spent 1 night after driving up to the area for a concert. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I didn't have too much time at the hotel aside from sleeping and showering. There was a mini-fridge in the room. I would've brought a few more snacks for my drive home if I had realized that (guess I didn't read that bit in Travelocity).
We stayed her and the couple we came with lost some property in their room. The property was never found and the situation was handled poorly by management.
Great hotel no issues. Room was clean and service was excellent.
Seems like a pretty average place. Nothing to boast about and inversely no real complaints about the place as a whole. I do however have a complaint about the food.
The modern Cobb salad was decent, as well as the grilled chicken+bacon quesadilla; both dishes are quite simple and hard to get wrong. It was the spicy rigatoni a la vodka that provided nothing but disappointment.
The spicy rigatoni a la vodka was, being as politically correct as possible, underwhelming by any standard. The menu boasted spicy, which I assume would come in to play by way of crushed red chili, but there was no red chili in the sauce whatsoever. Even the advertised fresh basil was absent. Was looking forward to at least an on par dish, and was delivered swill.
Other than the disappointing food, the staff and room are standard. Great place for a one night stay, considering the price.
Marriott always has a very consistent air of reliability. They are always friendly, well mannered, and appreciative of our time and business.
The service and rooms were great. No complaints. Things were clean, nice and ready for me early. I will stay here again when on business.
It was nice, convenient stay. Was a little unsure if there was a free breakfast or continental provided.
Stayed he for Xmas 2019 and I must say front desk staff is awesome especially Steven who works the morning 1st shift. Steven went out of his way and took the time to make sure our experience here was good. Its really hard to get good customer service these days but you can definitely get it here and Steven definitely provided excellent customer service to us. Thank you all the Staff for providing us a great experience during our stay at your hotel. Definitely would to stay here again and I definitely will be recommending to my friends and family for there hotel needs.
Great stay. Friendly staff, clean room, and great amenities.
Appears to be in the process of updating the rooms. Very quiet with comfy beds.
Very convenient to 8310 S. Valley Highway Office Building.
Very nice Hotel. Stephen was very helpful and went out of his way to ensure fantastic stay.
Very nice lobby area in a nice part of southern Denver. Conveniently located right off i-25. Rooms are well kept and clean. Staff is accommodating, especially with check in and out times. We requested an early check in and late check out and were pleased with the results. Breakfast was yummy. There's a Starbucks in the lobby as well as free beverage station. Ice machine was quiet and right near the elevator. Beds were clean and comfortable. Curtains closed to make the room nice and dark when necessary. Overall, would recommend.
Employees are very friendly. The hotel is just off of the highway and the noise from the traffic made it difficult to sleep in or enjoy the rooms balcony.
Checked in very late, and they were flexible w/ a late checkout. The room had everything i needed, the beds, and pillows were extremely comfortable. The room was neat, very clean, and the hotel staff were very friendly. I strongly recommend this location.
Room is nice and clean. Blackout curtains are very effective. Would have been nice to have a microwave in room (there is a refrigerator). Late check in was odd. No one was at the counter, so I had to call the hotel line, and then the clerk showed up. He looked at me like I was an annoyance. It took him a minute to realize I was trying to check in.
Very nice Courtyard. Good rooms and amenities and very friendly staff.
Very nice hotel. They have a nice pool area, food and atarbucks onsite and the staff have been very nice. Room was spacious and clean. Did ask for the staff to fix an outlet that was sticking out of the wall and they didn't come when they said would.
Great location for work training in their Aspen room with an amazing lunch and friendly staff!
Booked this hotel for its location. I would rate it as just okay. It felt a bit dingy. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. Lost Internet access in my room as did my collegue. Happy Hour was a disappointing $1.50 off drinks. It was in a great location and close to all the places we wanted to visit.
Staff is good. Room is nice but needs a little more maintenance and cleaning. Nothing to bad just needs a little more. Pool is pretty small.
*Extremely* dated. It said every room would have a balcony, ours did not. Bathroom could use some more cleaning... Pretty sure the complimentary toiletries were used or refilled, which was kind of gross.
Probably won't stay here again, but it does the job if you need somewhere to sleep for a night.
Please do not have your general manager, assistant general manager, or anyone of your staff (KAITYLN)for that matter go littering the hallways of other hotels begging for housekeepers and trying to steal employees. Extremely unprofessional and signs of desperation. Bill Marriott would be embarrassed of the actions of this hotel
DTC HOTELS
Came in the room and found a stained bed sheet with yellow spot ,
Okay mistakes happened , they changed it ,
But than the shower doesn't properly work the tub drained is messed up so you cant use the tub in the shower ,
How can you have such low standards under Marriott franchise.
No issues at All. Made my travels a liile less stress
It's average.. the food and beverage at the restaurant is very expensive.. and the hotel is a little dated.
Location was good, room was nice. Front desk was relatively unknowledgeable about location of available food, etc, but we found food (at 3AM) and all was fine.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed, very good in hotel cafe, had some trouble getting the shower to work properly though.
I've stayed at this hotel a few times while on work trips. They offer excellent service and try to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Good location, the rooms are mid-quality, but the bar and coffe shop were closed Saturday and Sunday. They don't allow cigar smoking on the balcony, which is strange.
Rooms are nice and clean. Service is great. Staff is very friendly.
Had a good venue for the event. I feel like the food quality was overpriced for the meal. And the cash bar was way overpriced. But, the overall experience was fine.
The location is nice, clean, and in a good area. The service was very good and the staff pleasant. While the property is not in bad shape but any means, the rooms are a bit dated. It's also located directly beside the interstate, so road noise may be an issue for some.
The room I had you could just see the Rockies from. The hotel and room were always clean and tidy and though a few fittings showed some wear and tear, everything worked. a convenient location for many nearby businesses.
I stay here about 4-5 times a year for work trips. Very consistent postive experience. Always friendly, always clean, and staff is very focused on guest.
Rooms were nice. People were nice. Hard to find the elevators at first. No free breakfast. No free coffee that I could find. I would probably stay at a Hilton if I visit the area again.
Good hotel for the value. Bathroom and shower are lacking.
Loved this place it was a dream to find and beyond clean and wonderful would definitely stay here again. Loved that it was right off the interstate. Bar on site, great restaurants just minutes away. Recommend highly!
Solid hotel. Fairly up to date. Room was well maintained. People upstairs were loud and could be heard in our room. Small indoor pool and fitness center was nice. Front desk reps and cleaning staff were friendly.
The hotel was very clean and the staff was very professional. It was in a great location with many shops and restaurants in the vicinity. It was easy to get to from the highway, as well. The beds were very comfortable, as well. It was worth the price of admission.
Great staff! Friendly and helpful. Clean rooms. So comfortable bed!
Service is good and facilities are in good order. My biggest gripe is that I was woken up by someone else's alarm, which went off for 10 minutes or so, at 6 a.m. I had an adjoining room (by happenstance, I wasn't with anyone) and I assume it was coming through there, though I didn't ever actually pinpoint it. Kind of messed with things a bit the rest of the day.
