The staff knows me by name and is super friendly when i come in. When my cards got compromised they knew about the situation before i came in at 9am to fix it. Always a great place to be and bank.

I have been banking at this branch for over four years. Doni knew my name day one and has never forgotten it and I barely ever go into the branch. Online services are so easy. When I have questions everyone is extremely professional and they will get the answer if, they don't know it.

The Weldon Spring branch has incredible customer service. I highly recommend this branch of Central Bank of St. Louis to anyone who is still looking to have that personal touch. Their credit card processing fees are extremely cost competitive compared to the competition. Their on line interface is user friendly. However, it goes back to the people and the service you receive. You would be hard pressed to find a more friendly and competent staff.

Doni is a great help, (as always), Rhiannon is a wonderful manager as well. They are very knowledgeable about their banking services and usually handle any of my issues very quickly and correctly. I appreciate them very much. Mike

Had an amazing experience here. My husband and I went to open an account and had wonderful service. Doni was so nice and helpful. She not only helped us set up our account but was able to make suggestions on what would be best for our needs. She was open and friendly. After we left she called just to make sure we had no problems getting our debit cards and made sure that everything was in place when I picked them up. I have never had this level of service from a bank before. I was truly impressed. If you are looking for a new bank I highly suggest trying this bank out. Ask for Doni she was extremely helpful and kind!!

Everyone at Weldon Springs branch has always been so helpful to me. They treat me like family every time I show up on Fridays with my deposit.

The Weldon Spring branch is always so helpful when I call or go in for any reason. Today I even received a phone call to add beneficiaries to my accounts because they noticed I didn't have any assigned. They confirmed my address, got the paperwork together and even mailed it out to me. If anyone is in need of a new bank I would highly recommend this bank and this branch in particular.

Rhiannon McDonie helped my aging and ailing mother with her banking needs with kindness and patience. When she passed away, Rhiannon made it so easy to deal with all financial matters, including transferring an IRA. I usually stop by the branch several times a week to drop off deposits. Everyone at the branch is so pleasant and helpful. We rarely have any problems, but when one occurs with our large deposits the tellers are so wonderful helping get anything resolved. I've been in other banks often and the people at Central Bank are far superior with service and being attentive to their customers.
