Cruise & Tours Unlimited Review

After booking a trip with one of their agents, we had to make a change. Our kids had gotten sick, and couldn't go to the destination wedding we were attending, so with over a month of notice we wanted to remove them from the room at the all inclusive resort ($875 for 4 nights). The agent claimed that the corporate office wouldn't allow any refund despite the destination resort allowing it. So I called the corporate office, and they say that despite their name and information that it has nothing to do with them, and that I should have planned our trip better.

Been here a long time ago and returned to get more info on a future booking. The travel agent (Julie) I worked with was super friendly and provided me the information I needed. A few days later, it was time to book and she helped me through the process, which was a super easy process. I appreciate all her help and her time!

If you want to be called a Democrat voter and racial slurs when you call to ask questions about a trip you booked through this horrendous company these are the perfect people to go through. The manager over the whole operation was the most vile person I have ever spoke to in my life along with the agent Julie who answers the phone when you first call. I booked with this company for years the one time I call to speak with someone about matters only they can handle concerning a trip I paid for they talked over me and went all around the world and nothing was solved. Over a thousand dollars of wasted vacation money. The agent was awesome, but if you work hard for your money and want to go on a decent trip through a decent company this is definitely not the place to go. Rating- in the negatives. After what the manager called me over the phone they might not stand a good chance with the BBB.

This was my worst cruise ever. Started with the agent not booking the correct cabin and put two married disabled adults in bunk beds. I will never use this service again. And if you are going on a cruise I would avoid Carnival completely .

They work SO hard to get you the best room for the best price. They also go out of their way if you have a life changing accident before sail date to get you an accessible room if available or get your cabin outfitted if accessible rooms don't come available. I couldn't be happier, Julie has gone above and beyond for me!!!! Thank you!!

Awesome travel agency! Even through the mess of Covid19 the owners are informative, extremely helpful and work hard to support their agents due to world travel being halted.

This company is horrid Roger McCall is the most racist know it all you will meet. Do not go with this company you will be forever misguided.

I booked my ticket in January with an April departure date. COVID hit and I was told to wait 90 day by the agency because carnival hasn t returned them the money. I called carnival and they stated I m not sure why the agency is saying that. The agency won t refund my money because carnival hasn t refunded them. I did business with the agency and not carnival, but the agency refuses to remit my money back until they get back. Never use agencies just go direct. Reporting to the better business bureau and now will seek legal action just to get a refund.... ridiculous

I urge you not to do business with Cruises & Tours Unlimited. It is an incredibly shady business and one of their reps, Christie Wagner, severely botched up our travel plans due to her incompetence.
