I booked my ticket in January with an April depart...

I booked my ticket in January with an April departure date. COVID hit and I was told to wait 90 day by the agency because carnival hasn t returned them the money. I called carnival and they stated I m not sure why the agency is saying that. The agency won t refund my money because carnival hasn t refunded them. I did business with the agency and not carnival, but the agency refuses to remit my money back until they get back. Never use agencies just go direct. Reporting to the better business bureau and now will seek legal action just to get a refund.... ridiculous
