My family and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza in November as our first and last stop as part of our 4 night Golden Triangle tour. The hotel is exceptional. The rooms were immaculate. The bathrooms (I m very particular on bathroom cleanliness) were exceptionally clean, luxurious, and were already staged with complimentary toiletries and bottled water. The hotel cleanliness, opulence, and quality are enough to merit the 5 stars, but the staff service sets this hotel apart. From the very moment of stepping through the doors, we felt like we were receiving VIP treatment. The gentleman who greeted us at the front desk at check in was well-spoken, patient and courteous. The hotel staff greeted me and my family with traditional greetings. It was all just an awesome experience throughout.

The highlight of this experience was a young server at the Cafe G restaurant. We were road weary travelers coming in late nights and late mornings. Much to our great benefit, we were paired the first night with Avinash. He is the best wait staff I have ever met. As he took care of our needs, there was a genuine sense of care that we all received from him. I cannot explain it, but his commitment to his line of work and his customers shines through. His attention to us really made this trip spectacular.

I can not recommend this hotel enough. Its quality is directly due to the pride and quality of the staff. If you do go, do eat at Cafe G and ask for Avinash. He was at the far-end of the restaurant. We love him. He ll make you feel like a Maharajah :-)

The quality of food by in-room dinning is abysmal and after 12 days of continuous stay.. I feel the hospitality is not as per bar of that of a 5 star hotel

I visited Crown plaza hotel last week for an event. The hotel is really holds up to the standard. The quality of food was just perfect. Staff of complete hotel was very friendly and nice. They have managed the event in good manner.

We had a town hall at this place. It was a 4 hour event which included team activities. There is a significant scope of improvement in vegetarian food. Dal makhni and ras malai was not good. My non vegetarian friends were happy with chicken though. Ambience is nice. Overall nice place for corporate events.

It's a nice Boutique Business Hotel. The hotel is strategically located, very close to National Highway 8 connecting Delhi & Jaipur, highly recommend for foreign guests who plan to travel down to Jaipur.

The hotel is at 15 minutes driving distance from IGI International Airport in Delhi. It is 5 minutes driving distance from the Office complex at Gurgaon, walking distance from the main night Life area of Gurgaon.

Comfortable stay, reasonably well appointed rooms, roof top swimming pool, modern gymnasium, multiple restaurants and many other amenities have made the hotel a desirable place to stay for both business delegates as well as leisure travelers.

Most important thing that I have observed that they have a special Brazilian restaurant name wildlife. I was awesome. His connection was awesome. But his service was not so good and look from outside is not too good

Good ambiance and location, but food is below average, specifically buffet planning for conferences is pathetic.. be ready to stand in long queues before you can fill your plate..

Don't ever plan an event here...these guys are completely unprofessional...dont know what the word 'commitment' means....even the senior most people of atleast banquet division are pathetic.....welcome stressful nights and days by selecting this venue for marriage....

Good location near business centre, rooms are comfortable with solid amenities and restaurants on premise provide great service and good meals, especially for their meats.
