I impressed with the hotel vibes and supportive staff. I went this hotel for Boost with Facebook Event.

It was used when traveling on business, but it is a very clean and upscale hotel. I forgot to be in India during my stay in the hotel. There are many Japanese customers, the toilets are flush with wash water and it is very comfortable for Japanese people.

Crowne Plaza has good food and Affordable Spaces for parties and other social events.

Not properly organized. Event crowd was not properly managed. Food quality needs improvement

Not too far from Huda city center and good place to rest for a day or two.

Really nice ambience, just simply feels like the place where u can go with Ur, group for a cup of coffee and real in the outdoor cafe.

However, there are two concerns I have for the place, first one being that the entry drive passage is way too small for a luxury SUV, and 2nd, the staff doesn't care if a table is dirty or not.

We had a office party there the food was really good.Also used for stay for our Clients and the rooms,service is really good. The only bad experience we had was when our customer was asked to Authorize a payment which was not done using his card. Although it was resolved after an altercation it created a very bad image for us and the customer.

Most of the staff at Crowne Plaza is not trained and lack hospitality and courtesy. Rate 3 star only.

I went for the party, property is good.
But food taste was below average.
There is wallet parking facility.

Best hotel in service and the food was marvellously tasty

I purchased vouchers off Nearby for lunch for my entire team outing. The spread was generous. Special mention goes to the Japanese live counter. The chicken teppanyaki was delicious.

Points of concern were the tardy service and the limited Indian spread, especially the vegetarian. There seemed to be just 1 server for the entire lunch buffet and he was spread way too thin.

I have been to several hotel. Almost every hotel has good ambience & rooms. What makes Crowne Plaza different is the warmth & affection you get from staff. Even the basic room are spacious. Location is convenient to airport. Special appreciation to Ms. Manju from guest relations from her tremendous support. Mr. Joel from front desk for smooth check-in & Mr. Ashish for the swift checkout process. This place is worth spending your money.

Attended an official meeting. The service was satisfactory The food of the cafe though was really good both in terms of taste and assortment. Overall, a good experience!

I've been here twice now. Both times for corporate events. It's a good place with a nice hall and and a nicer garden. Good for office events.

The best place to have a dine out with friends or family. The food tastes good and the drinks are cheaper than the other plazas of this level. One of the best place

We have visited crowne plaza hotel for attending a wedding ceremony. They had room booked for guests. The rooms were quite big and clean. Neat and clean washrooms with bath tub.
Very friendly staff..they will greet you everytime you see them. They provide you assistance even for lift service. Wedding hall was huge. Food was fantastic. There was live counter for multiple cuisines. Overall .. a lovely place!

Great Ambience with cool F&B Options. Accessible from National Highway at 10 min drive from gurgaon toll.

Crown plaza is near signature tower gurugram, service is very good and the behavior of staff was very good.

Food was good . It was as with other five star restaurants food was a a bit bland to Indian palate. We enjoyed it

Though it's supposed to be 5star hotel but the has very poor upkeep and service. Banquet services are of very sad state. The staff is very rude. The front office is equally unhelpful.
