Good rooms, breakfast spread is massive but the taste is below average.

Good hotel food quality good parking space available in the heart of Gurgaon.

Very friendly and competent staff, especially at the reception. The rooms are very good and comfortably furnished and have sufficient connections for IT and telecommunications. The WiFi is very good at 144Mb / s. The bathroom is also very comfortable, but only with a sink. The TV channels are widely available in HDTV. The "in room dining" was prompt and the prices reasonable. It could have tasted a little better. All in all, a practical hotel with all the necessary facilities including SPA, the above-average massage performed. The large outdoor pool could unfortunately not be used because of the harmful air pollution these days. The obliging 'late check out' confirmed the obliging friendliness; It is recommended to become a member of the hotel group, as you can get many special offers and discounts.

Pretty inadequate service for the level claimed. Their air conditioning is horrible and doesn't cool even after complaining there is no remedy in sight and you are given fictitious regulations as answers. I kept complaining for three days of my stay and all the action i got was bieng told that according to government of India Airconditioners cant work below 24 degree celcius, which quite frankly is a lie but also irrelevant as the temperature in the room couldn't even reach 24 degree celcius. Services are slow and extremely improper. Even after escalating complaints to duty manager there is no remedy.

Great place to stay. 10 out of 10,i was dere to attend a conference,staff was so good and helping. Food was marvelous and hospitality was very good. They are polite and professional. Overall it a good hotel ,a 5 property to stay in Gurgaon and nearby. I recommend this hotel to all

This property is just next to highway. Food quality at marriage was not upto the standard of 5 star hotel.
Stalls setup for snacks in lobby area were of poor quality. Inside the hall, all snacks were too oily.
Food was served in the lawns which was well decorated and here soups were better than the lot.
Sweets were better than the main course.

Very comfortable. Friendly, attentive staff. Room service is 24hrs a day which makes a difference when working UK hours.

We attended team building activities here. Ambience was good and place is spacious.

It's a really elegant suitable place to conduct social events , marriage, parties, etc. The rooms are really relaxing and comfortable. The staff is relly nice and helpfull .

Decent property this side of town.. accessible from highway, nice pool, adjacent to Sec 29 eating joints, fairly decent in-house restaurants, especially Wildfire.

Generally have meetings here. Quiet and good place to sit for hours.

Being a 5 star it seems a bit outdated and ageing. One of the rooms had foul smell so required changing it. Yet stay was comfortable to a good standard. Room service is quick, Brazilian restaurant Wildfire seems quite popular and breakfast spread is fine and good in taste. The dinner buffet was huge but didn't try it. Overall, it's a fine deal at 6000.

Nice Hotel, only one in the area that will serve drinks at anytime.

Every hotel and F&B outlet has their USP's to be different and offer something good to their guests. Here in #cafeG #crowneplazatoday #sector29gurgaon, very talented and highly experienced Chef Nilesh Dey tries to give you healthy food which is less on spices yet full of flavours by using fresh ingredients and hurbs. The buffet at #cafeG has a choice of North Indian, Chinese and Continental with elaborate dessert and Salad sections even a chaat section to tickle your taste buds. And it's all live kitchen.

The restaurant has another Japanese restaurant #oshii within, catering to the varied guests requests. Loved their sushi platter with awesome plating.

The salad section which is actually a health section with lots of veg n non veg cold salads like fish tikka salad, grilled lamb salad and tuna salad and one can fill up by joint in for just salads to feel light n energetic.

Tapanyaki chicken rice was liked by us all. Penne pasta in white sause was creamy n just perfect to our liking. Sushi platter was a feast to the eyes with excellent plating.

In North Indian tandoori tangri Masala in colourful gravy was delicious so was the the creamy cottage cheese and delicious with assorted indian breads.

Dessert section is so tempting and one needs to keep room for it. Loved the doda tart and yummy prune tart. All desserts are kept in small sizes so one can try many and yet not waste, which is quite right.

We have seen the enthusiasm and efforts of Umesh Dalal the director F&B in the past hotels who is always upbeat and trying new things to enhence the F&B of the hotel.
