Rooms are beautiful, large and clean. A variety of cuisines are available. Food was delicious. Staff was profesional and helpful. Well managed. Free WiFi. Free parking. Easily accessible. Pleasing experience at the hotel. Had an amazing stay here. Completely satisfied.

Check in took an inordinately long time. After that everything was smooth. Room was good, well appointed. Good housekeeping. Room service was good. Food was tasty. Conference facilities were excellent. Good experience overall. Check in cost them a star.

After a very long time, I had gone for a Sunday brunch with my family, we were around 10 people. We loved the placement brunch concept and it s worth the money. Chef jaskaran and Alok came and met us made sure everything was given to us. It was a Sunday well spent with the family.

Crown plaza gurugram is a perfect place for conducting smart stylised conferences. They have a have a really beautiful ambience and clean surroundings. It neither too far from metro station, IFFCO CHOWK. Hotel staff is generous and courteous.

Outstanding service n good food quality with amazing staff members...

IRD and house keeping were constantly confused which would provide water , cold drinks etc. Had to call up multiple times to get a few cold drinks delivered to my room. Also the minimum time to get a single water bottle was 15 minutes. The service was pathetic . The rooms are quite clean but the basic eminity missed was that I couldn't find a comb/hair brush.

The best ever hotel I have visited.. I would say this bcoz of the warm hospitality they provide.. Mr. Suresh specially.. He takes care of all the requirements you need at hotel and ready to help.. He greets with such warm and very sweet to talk to.. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a nice homely feeling

Attended a design conference here. Seemed like a nice place in general.

Visited Spice Art restaurant in Crown Plaza Rohini. It is a nice place for delicious Indian authentic food. The ambience was nice with interesting live music performance.

Couple of things to look out for - they are a part of the IHG membership circuit and they have their own Loyalty packages that include goodies, discounts and free night stay.

Very neat rooms, fully equipped and helpful staff. They have a complete gym and swimming pool facility.

The sector 29 market is right opposite the hotel for Starbucks coffee etc
