The hotel is nearby sector 29, Gurgaons hub for amazing g food. Next to it is Leisure valley Park for taking walks and doing g other stuff. The roo.s I side have all th facilities which a five star hotel can give. Service is up to the mark and it's in time.

Crown Plaza Gurugram has best location advantage with NH-8 and sector 29 market at just walking distance. The Hotel can be reached very eaaily by public commuters as Huda City Centre metro station in near vicinity. The staff, the service and the food is excellent complimenting the beautiful design of the intertiors and exteriors the proprty.

I went there for party and really had a pleasant time. Full of ambience. Food was awesome and the way they were serving alcohol was perfect. Snacks were delicious. Waiters were cheerful. right off the NH-8 and accessible from almost all sides of Gurgaon. Parking is never a problem with a large public parking outside. Cannot blame the security checks, but they're a slight bother while entering the facility. I have enjoyed the visit to the hotel for meetings, social get-together at the bar and coffee shop and private functions at the banquet

We had an event for the company. The place can accommodate 500 people. The food is good and the evening high tea was also good with assorted snacks.

The multiple banquet halls helped us host multiple sessions at the same time.

I always use it when I stay in India.
Breakfast is good and staff service is quite good in India. It takes about 15 minutes from the airport. Overseas hotels also have unusual slippers.

Place is nice and everything was well maintained by Google employees that day. So it was awesome.

Only the food area was under hotel management and thats was worth 1 only.
We waited for 5 to 10 minutes fof the spoon at lunch time. We asked 3 to 4 person who was serving food but they didn't reply. It was a very bad experience.
So I rate this place with 1 star only.

A pretty average hotel, and in all other aspects. Although they had great Indian food at a function I attended.

Very nice hotel located in Gurugram. Nearest metro station is IFFCO Chowk. It is 1.8km far from IFFCO metro station. Humble staff. Food is really nice and they provide numerous cuisines. They also have a bar where you can find almost any fancy wine . Location of the hotel is also good.

Crown plaza Privilege membership is a fraud scheme. Dont buy.. as soon as u tell u are a crown privilege member the reservations straight away tell you hotel is booked and then give u dates as per their lowest selling days.

How I know this is because I tried to book a room for any bday same thing happens. Even on a Wednesday. I had membership so they refused to give me the date I wanted by saying the hotel is fully booked. But when I called in few minutes as a normal customer wanting a room they had various rooms Available on the same day.

Secondly all the benefits of membership are a fraud scheme too as they don't give the discount mentioned in the membership booklet. in the bill they give less discounts!! If u tell them or show them they will make faces and then try not to give u the discount.

There is nothing privileged about the stay or membership. Felt like a freeloader after having spent on membership and dining here.

I would strongly recommend not to buy the crown privilege with complimentary stay for one night... the stay is scam... instead u can pay n stay with less money spent and more value... this membership gives u least privilege and as u have paid before hand u won't be able to enjoy anything as they see u as a free loader...
There r better hotels n memberships available around...
CROWN PLAZA PRIVILEGE SUCKS !!

Every time you will present the voucher in hotel there is a commotion and staff doesn't know what to do. They get confused and they come to confirm about their own voucher so many times. It's like u are asking for free. It an embarrassment more so.
Certainly not buying this membership again. Waste of money n time.

Thanks a lot for not being accommodating, helpful and never celebrating any thing at this place.

Nice hotel. Staff polite. Plenty of space to park car.

They are no longer as client centric, one of our guests from the UK has experienced a very bad service and would never look back to this hotel. They are only interested in making money and not gaining customers.
