Always a good experience in one of the oldest hangouts in Gurgaon.

Good hotel rooms and great buffet choices for breakfast

I've been there to attend an event. The banquet area is long and spacious for gathering 400+ guests. The food and services have been nice over all. The staff is very accommodatiing.

Attended a conference here ! Loved the food and desserts. Also they have a very soothing ambience.

It s a five star property and very well kept and location is the best part of this hotel

Very decent hotel in Gurgaon. The restaurant is expensive. But the included free breakfast is great.

Food was not upto standard as expected in a 5 star hotel.

This is my second time here and the service was excellent.

Staff should inform regarding food portions while taking order.

Situated just next to Leisure Valley, this is one of the good hotel chains in the area. The food and ambinace were good and the staff was very curteous

The Ambiance is wonderful. However l, the food is just average. Though the staff is very co-operative but something just completely turned off my mood was their Valle parking. I gave my car to the Valle for parking, it was raining that day. When I got my car back the driver seat's window was open because of which the entire front seat, floor matt, arm rest, and some part of the rear seat were completely wet. When I asked the Valle who got my car all he said that I guess the driver left the window open and this happened as the car was paeked outside. This is the worst treatment I have had at such a prominent property. Highly disappointed. Was thinking to take their lunch and spa deal but now I will never go there.

One of the top hotel chain with all the best services, amenities and a truly luxurious experience you can get over here. The views and location is completely awesome. Price wise no words . The swimming pool and fountains in the middle are Charm of this hotel.
