The stay and set up is just what you would expect out of the tag of 'Crowne Plaza'. I've stayed with them several times.
The things that stand out:
1. Exemplary warmth and hospitality from the staff.
2. Consistency of their buffet breakfast and dinner.

The in room dining is average and may be avoided, if going to the restaurant is possible.

The Gym, pool and spa services are above average and make the mark.

Best place for business meetings and family hangout. Good food good ambience friendly service.

Great location for this hotel as it's centrally located with great connectivity to Gurgaon Highway and Airport.

Room are large and have nice furniture. The service is top class.

Food is good too with choice from various customers and hotel has a Brazilian restaurant as well. :)

The only drawback is that checkin and check-out time taken needs to be reduced.

Food and drink are decently priced and good to taste. Average meal for 2 with drinks is $30.

The waiter was slow and he overcharged us. We did not have the time to get the bill corrected and had already paid by credit card. Ruined the whole experience.

It was an amazing experience at crowne plaza, Gurugram. A great place to organise events like I attended. I hope I comeback soon. The best thing was the food and the amenities they provide. Yes, it was a official Google event but the support they provided to them was expendable.
