Upscale hotel and service are good. Look and feel of the hotel is fantastic

As always the stay was really rejuvenating. Staff is really cooperative, especially Nisha at the front desk, very well spoken and helped us extend out stay time at the hotel. Do give it a visit.

Every time I travel to New Delhi, I stay at the Crowne Plaza Gurgaon. The hotel has been challenged due to the COVID-19 pandemic but the staff has not allowed that to diminish the great guest service they provide. Who has to go out for dining when you have Chef Manish who whips up some great culinary dishes and a special thanks to Avinash who multitasks as order taker and also ensures that the food arrives hot and timely. And an appreciation to Bhaskar who helps us get our day started with a healthy breakfast. I love the team at the CP Gurgaon for making my stay pleasant.

Place suitable for a business clientele. Excellent spa and pool. Restaurants are good but definitely expensive. The rates for the rooms are also high. The structure is well managed with ample space and never a sense of crowding. He begins to grow old but for the moment he holds a blow.

Went for a party. None of the food preparations tasted good. Complained to the food incharge on the floor and he was least bothered about it.
