Attended Marriage ceremony of my friend. Overall nice hotel.

Good services. Big lawns to accommodate gatherings. Only drawback is the limited parking capacity in case of huge gatherings.

Great buffets. The food quality is to go for. Ambience is unquestionably one of the best in the city. They have banquets also. The rooms are spacious and served well. Undoubtedly one of the finest properties in the central gurgaon locality.

Ambience is pretty good, however, the food quality could have been really better. Secondly, the event wasn't properly organized so it was quite haywire.

The entrance signboards could be a bit louder. Not easily spottable. Beautiful place to be. Navigation to the hotel area is very convenient.

I had never visited Crown Plaza Gurgaon before. Honestly, I don't have much feedback because it was heavily raining and all we could manage was to go in, eat and leave. However, the valet staff and security we're very polite and smiled all the time. But please take care of these guys as they stood outside with umbrellas in heavy rain, to check our cars and everything. It is actually good but Crown plaza people should ensure they don't suffer from extreme weather conditions.

A decent mid range hotel. The best part is, their decency is maintained in all that they do or serve. So you won't get highs of one thing and lows of the other.

Well located hotel, rooms are quite and planned in a manner. Hotel staff are supportive and mannered.
Has big lobby area for general meeting with bar in front of lobby. Enough space of car parking.

Good location and fine service, food could be better, they have a vast menu but nothing special about it, the Crowne okhla is way better in terms of food and service.

Amazing people i stayed here in march and i love the services provided by staff specially Suman from guest relation who helped me a lot during my stay she alway greeted me with her smiling face, all the very best keep it up I will be visiting again at this hotel.
