Crowne Plaza Milan Review

It is very convenient for sightseeing because Milan Central Station is near immediately.

Also the hotel staff were all kind.

I always try and stay at IHG but crowne plaza is definitely one of my favourite hotel chains. Gorgeous rooms. Comfortable beds. Late bar and a gym. Perfect to stick to my routine away from home

Very nice, up scale hotel. Great rooms with nice amenities, but, not spacious. Seems like a safe area of the city, but, not a lot of low to mid range eating options.

A very recommended hotel, easily accessible, with a 10-minute walk there is a beautiful train station with shops and restaurants.

With the Metro at the foot of the hotel you can easily reach the city center.
The hotel is clean and the bar very nice.

A wonderful experience. Room a bit small and could do with a small table but everything else (including marble bathroom) was ideal. Worth staying here just for the superb breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would go back again without hesitation.

Promised rooms were not given. Bathroom was not like in the picture. Performance does not match the description.

Excellent hotel with M3 stop in front of the entrance. Confort typical of the American chain. Not very big rooms but full optional, excellent soundproofing both outwards and inwards. Marble bathroom with a wide selection of courtesy products. Really excellent breakfast with a large choice of hot and cold products, an intolerant corner and a good selection of juices and juices. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only drawback in the room temperature is too high despite the heating off.

Everything you could wish for in Milan. Highly recommended. Friendly and customer-friendly staff.

Good business hotel, efficient service and good rooms. Overall, it felt hot throughout the night. Rooms are cosy but didn't feel cramped, well furnished and with high spec fittings. No noise heard so it was a good sleep. Bar is small but well served.

I stay here when on business because of its location and it's a fine hotel. Most things as you'd expect. Breakfast is OK. I haven't eaten dinner here or used the gym. It is clean and modern, haven't had anything to complain about and the service has been friendly.

It's right on the Sondrio metro station on the yellow line, one stop from the central station where you can change.

Conveniently located near the Stazione Centrale, this 4 stars hotel offers quiet rooms, decent wi-fi, friendly English speaking staff and belongs to the IHG Hotel group. This is a must for all of my business trips. Ita also feature a quiet restaurant and healthy menu for room service.

Comfortable hotel, restaurant normal. TV does not allow you to connect any external device.

Good 4 star hotel, nice breakfast, if only the coffee was as good as in any nearby bar.

The staff was friendly and courteous, the rooms are nice and very clean, there's onsite parking (though at a cost) and there is a train station just outside the hotel's front door.

Just mentioning the service and facilities as the stay was paid by my employer.
Room was really small-could barely open my suitcase at any place on the floor.
Shower door was leaking and flooded the entire bathroom each shower.
No coffee served at breakfast at 2 out of 6 mornings.
Left laundry at dedicated bag with a filled in form but it was not taken by the staff even after I specifically asked for at the front desk! Had to wait until the last moment before flight to eventually receive it and of course at full charge and even after that - I received someone elses laundry.
As i said, personally I'm not paying but will not book ever again.

Hotel in the center of the city clean rooms and friendly and professional service, the breakfast deserves a 10 and praise on the choice and the quality of the products.

This was my second stay in this hotel and was again totally satisfied. Helpful and friendly staff, excellent breakfast and well located as it's in front of Metro Station. In terms of facilities, nothing is missing. Definitely will recommend this hotel and will visit it again.

I was here for a master's award ceremony. The staff is very kind, the conference rooms are perfectly suitable for events. Central location on the yellow metro. Basically the stop is as if it were inside the hotel. From what I have seen, the room prices are good considering that you arrive on foot from the station and that there is a shuttle service to the port.

A really great hotel, there's no other word! A super warm welcome, the staff speaks perfect English (I do not speak Italian) room service is a must ... The room is good, clean, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom has everything you need, the tv in the room is a smart connected tv and all options. You can book with your eyes closed!

The room a little small, but the service and the rest in general quite well. The location gives a lot of play for ease with public transport and proximity to the central train station.

I had spent a very narrow transit here.
The lication was nice and tge room was standard.
