Very nice and welcoming structure, polite and prepared staff

I was only there for the Company's annual convention, so I did not stay in any case the property is easily accessible, bypass exit San Donato - Metanopoli 2 minutes. Ample parking. The structure is very large, has a beautiful garden outside. extensive services and clean, gentle and minimal staff. Huge room for business initiatives with a large room also for lunches and dinners, buffet or not. I cannot express myself about the overnight stay nor the prices that will certainly be in line for this type of facilities

Great hotel near Linate airport, the treatment is typical of the big hotels. Room of decent size, quiet, good bed. Buffet breakfast, plentiful but rather anonymous. The elevators were not good, out of 4 two were out of order. So to go back to the room, considering the crowd of people waiting, I preferred the stairs, 8 floors and a little bit of exercise ...

I was in a hotel for a training event. Very nice location. Bar service and reception to be reviewed.

Fairly average hotel. Quite dated and breakfast needs improving.

Business trip. Hotel without glory infamy. Night disturbed by air fan that you can not detach.

Within a few days of staying here, things began breaking in the room. The furnishings are of cheap quality and fall apart easily. The toilet seat completely came off the hinges due to being cheap. The trash can lid was flimsy and broke off. The rooms are very small, and you can't put much in the minibar. They turn the air conditioning off at night even when it is warm outside exposing you to stuffy air. Staff can be snotty at times making rude faces at the customers when you go to the counter to talk to them. It is very insulting to guests who pay very high rates to stay here. When you lodge a complaint, the reaction from staff lets you know they are tuning you out and not listening out of defensiveness and inability to take constructive criticism. They turn away from you and doesn't listen. It is not a very mature way to handle customer complaints. Overall, I would not stay here again due to the amount of money they charge customers. It is not worth the money you pay here.

Impeccable hotel, hello as the service and the restaurant and the rooms

This is a high quality hotel for high-end bussines customers. The room is spacious enough. Breakfast is plentiful, varied and of excellent quality.

So here's the story. Went to Milan on business and my travel agent really struggled to find me a hotel since it was the last week of the Expo and the MTV awards were taking place that week in Milan, so naturally all the hotels were full. At the last min he found the Crown Plaza.

Lets start with the location. It's pretty far from the center of the city. The nearest metro station is a 10min walk followed by a 25 min metro ride to get to the Duomo area in Milan. It's an hour away from the international airport and Expo. The upside is you won't be bothered by outside noises like traffic and such because there is none. So if your in Milan for sightseeing, probably not the best place to stay as you'll waste alot of time commuting.

Check-in was fast and the staff were ok. The rooms are the usual European sizes (kinda small). I have no complaints about the cleanliness of the hotel, however there was a dirty wet towel under the sink in the bathroom (which wasn't pleasent of course) but sure it was overlooked by the cleaning staff since everything else was spotless. Breakfast was fine, nothing special.

What about the internet? Well for starters internet is not free. It's 10 for 24hours. Add to that, when you buy it, you can only use it on one device. Meaning if you have your phone and a laptop or iPad you have to pay for each device separately. And for a hotel that's marketed as a business hotel, that's disappointing. I kept losing connection and it was really slow! Very frustrating.

All in all my experience was fine. I would stay there again if I was on business. Would just have to figure something out for the internet.

Stays one night. 9km from from Milano. Quite ok. Had a wonderful breakfast.

The hospitality is high and the food is delicious. However, the internet environment is weak.

Very well maintained structure, beautiful rooms and bathrooms with large showers. Efficient service. Overpriced bar price. Ideal for business meetings.

Place of Milanese business historians, from the transfer market to the conventions. I have been to a conference and the organization is perfect, excellent maintenance, always high level hospitality

Low-level customer service experience. They never emailed me with some questions asked. I dial 9 from the room to book dinner and no one answers. The bar staff is not unprofessional. I do not recommend it to companies that want to organize something.
The rooms are comfortable and clean but I honestly believe that today is not enough to be defined as a hotel

Warm rooms with carpeting and overpowering smells. Too bad a little maintenance and extra care would not hurt

There was no food sold around in the evening, and the only McDonald s was unable to walk because it was blocked by the interchange.

I attended a professional meeting, but from what we have seen it looks like a well-kept hotel with large spaces.

I don't understand how this hotel got official 4 star rating, as it is not there. Rooms are on the small side, bathroom as well, for the hotel out of the city it's not explainable.
Some tiles in bathroom were chipped, clearly when the holes where made to put on the shower head the tile surface was ruined, but nobody cared to replace the tiles. There were some screws sticking out of the wall too, probably shelf broke and was never replaced. Towels were worn out and one day I even got torn towel - absolutely not acceptable even for the 3 star hotel.
Restaurant on premises is okeish.
Gym very basic - no weights at all. There is sauna but it needs to be switched on upfront as it is not on all the time.
I stayed there only because all company-policy hotels in town were full due to fashion week, would never choose it again because besides the fact it is completely out of nowhere it is also mediocre place.

Room too small. No safe walking path to anywhere nearby restaurant or sightseeing, best place to stay if you wish to run over by high-speed car speeding around the nearby hotel. Had very bad experience during check out. Apparently when you booked the hotel for 5 nights and changed it to 2 nights several days before arrival, they still charged you for 5 nights. So, the reservation duration amendment from their hotel website doesn't warn or alert about this condition. Better stay else where unless you have no choice.

SHORT STAY ON 09/09/15 AFTER A MISSED FLIGHT FROM MILAN TO STUTTGART, PERSONNEL AT THE CHECK IN VERY FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE, PARTLY SPEAKING GERMAN AND TRYING TO KEEP THIS LANGUAGE FOR THE GUEST AND NOT TO CHANGE ENGLISH AND HOSPITALS !!! STAFF NICE !!!

Room on the top floor, clean, comfortable bed but continuous noise conditioners that does not allow a good rest, at least for me who am used to silence at least at night .. excellent and abundant breakfast

Old-fashioned rooms, populated by insects (mosquitoes, bedbugs, ...). Bad food. The breakfast staff was rude. Very long rows to enter the breakfast room. Really not recommended!

Booked via call center I ask several times if it has a garage. On confirmation of booking. It has neither a garage nor a guarded parking lot. at the reception they advise not to leave anything in the car. Hotel that maybe had 4 stars 30 years ago. Old noisy in the air conditioning. Dirty and now obsolete fixtures seem to sleep on the ring road. Typical hotel near the airport.

Luxury . Better not know how much a micro brioche and orange juice costs ...

Visited for some business meetings I have to say that is located in a great crossroads

Stayed in a triple room. They gave us one double and two small single beds. The single bed was very small though, but the room was large enough.
The breakfast spread was sumptuous.

Elegant Hotel close to the railway station and the yellow metro of San Donato. Spacious, clean and ideal for maxiconferences.

Staff are very friendly but the hotel rooms are a little bit old and need some renovation, in addition the location is far from city center.

It is a four-star but on Google it deserves five. :-) Excellent.

Hotel located in a strategic area of Milan, easily accessible from the airport of Linate and Malpensa. Staff professional and friendly. The administration of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner is well organized and quality. The judgment is definitely positive. In the area there are several branches of companies, so do not expect to find nearby shops and / or places within easy reach, since you have to travel by car. Recommended mainly for professional activities.

After reading the various reviews on google and tripadvisor, I was counting my days to stay here. But now really hating it. Sitting in room now with the windows open. A/c is blowing hot air like a Car Engine. Even after going to reception ten times in a row, there is no sign of maintenance and attendance by admin.

Beautiful hotel in San Donato Milanese near the eastern ring road. Excellent structure large and comfortable rooms. Parking in front of the hotel really large and well stocked (even for electric cars) where you can find yourself in a group for a possible later departure.

Great hotel in San Donato Milanese. Near Linate, and therefore frequented by overnight flight crews, and next to Metanopoli, therefore frequented by various Snam / Eni / industrial congresses. 12 floors, wifi included, private parking, gym and sauna on the top floor. Internal restaurant with various conventions. Excellent and plentiful breakfast. Too bad it is isolated from everything and badly connected to the center.

The years go by, the premises should be modernized, especially the reception.
