Crowne Plaza Milan Review

Standard room is too small for 2 people, but superior was great. Descent breakfast, nice stuff.

Good rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast buffet, nice hotel for business stay.

Great hotel. The location is a bit out of the center (Duomo) but the metro stop is right in front of the hotel. It is just under 10 minutes to the cathedral. Cleanliness and price were great. Goods in an evening at the hotel bar, really good service. Parking available (if you come by car). Will definitely book this hotel again.

The worst place ever!

1- The recepetianist spoke with us Inappropriately without clear reasion and they cant understand English well.
2- Once we held our phones they thought we were taking pictures of them and they threatened us!!!

What a disappointing treatment! It was enough to sabotage our holiday in milan.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, a little small but in line with European hotel rooms. The subway/metro station is located just outside the hotel and is about 10 mins from the main tourist attractions (e.g. Duomo). We also dined there for breakfast and dinner. The breakfast buffet was good. You might want to get there earlier since the food was cold when we got there (20 mins before close).

Very comfortable hotel, centrally located, I highly recommend it .. Amazing customer service, they are all very friendly and helpful, great reception .. Special thanks to Leonardo at the reception, he was very cooperative and professional and helped me in solving a problem I had ... Thank you, I will be back again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the crowne plaza. The location is amazing, just steps from a metro station. Also liked the buffet breakfast.

Very good, clean and organized. The metro station is under the hotel and the train station is less than 10min walk. Loved it, if I return to Milan I will stay again. Highly recommend.

A good location, right on top on Metro station, but the area outside is typical urban Milan. The bedrooms and bathrooms are good size. The bar serves quality meals. The WiFi is good speed. I was on 8th floor, and could hear the treadmills in the early morning. But altogether it's a good hotel.

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff service with willingness to help always, rich and tasty breakfast. The train station is adjacent to the hotel 5 meters away, with the city center 4 stops away, walking distance from the main train station which is the main transport to the airport. There is no doubt that next time I will stay in the same hotel !

Very nice hotel, superb room on the top floor of the hotel. Equipped with a gym, hammam, sauna, parking behind the hotel, bar with a pretty outdoor terrace.
The team are very welcoming, make sure you don't miss anything.
Located not far from short Buenos Aires, where you can do shopping. Close to the center.
Gives advice for sightseeing and other itineraries.

I gave it just 2 stars.
The location is very bad. It took my almost one hour just for making a u-turn across the street. If you have a car you will struggle. Another thing the parking is not free.

Excellent hotel located a stone's throw from the stop of the Metropolitan Line 3 (yellow). It has a large parking spaces the comfortable and spacious rooms super clean polite and customer-focused staff. Also the kitchen and excellent service at the restaurant find good dishes and excellent table service.

Rooms were clean and front desk staff were helpful. This Crowne Plaza does not have some of the amenities offered by other Crowne Plazas. Easy access to the Milano Centrale train station and metro.

Excellent location, moments from the Metro and it has a few shops, cafes and restaurants all around it. Its a 10 minute walk to the main station and very accessible from Linate airport. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and the rooms were quiet, clean and modern. They had everything I'd expect from Crowne Plaza, including a fully stocked complimentary mini bar. Will be back if I'm in Milan.

Excellent rooms and extremely attentive staff. The breakfast was also very good. One minor issue that the staff may want to consider is the heated bed/sheets. This didn't appear to work whilst we were there (despite reading the instruction manual). Overall, excellent hotel and would definitely recommend.

The hotel rooms are all solid wood floors, warm and clean.

I say it is a 4 * hotel but it is not worth more than 3 * ... great prices ... grandmother's food .. the rooms have the old furniture compared to the pictures, and the noise that is heard from other rooms is a bit disturbing .The very small fitness room and the sauna the same ... small! In conclusion, the quality-price ratio is not ok!

Good location close to Central Station. Decent rooms

We only stayed here for one night. Staff friendly. The hotel is clean. Free parking in the gate. The entrance to the subway station is close to the hotel - very convenient. In addition, this has nothing to do with the hotel, but if you buy a subway ticket at the underground newsstand at the Sondrio station below the hotel, be careful - I was cheated once and almost cheated for the second time.

Maybe I should have spoken better German, the thought came to me unfortunately very late. But abroad I get along really well with "my English". There was a stupid situation after the others and the staff I found sometimes quite arrogant and uneducated in the Umgamg with foreigners. The rooms were very cuddly, if outdated ... but that suited the atmosphere of the autumn!

Great hotel .. close to the metro station and other services pharmacy, market, restaurants ... rooms clean and serviced by water and hot drinks for free ... and the crew is respectable and ashamed ... and breakfast is luxurious and varied .. and I ate dinner dinner one night was delicious in it Indoor and outdoor sessions and lobby with free water ...

Business lunch: service a little slow but fair prices and quiet environment.

Excellent hotel just outside the well-connected center

Conveniently located 700m from Milan Centrale train station and just above Sondrio metro station. The staff are very welcoming, we were even able to use the room as soon as we arrived in the morning.
The rooms are well equipped and quiet.
The bathroom is particularly spacious and bright. On the other hand, the arrangement of the bathtub is anything but practical. You can't shower without completely wetting the shower mat and the bidet installed just in front prevents easy getting out. The bathroom is sorely lacking hooks or rods to hang up the linens.

However the beds and pillows are comfortable.

Another downside: the air conditioning runs if the temperature is lowered too quickly.

All in all it was fine for a weekend and we got a good rate. We had a "rounded" corner room. Maybe the other bathrooms are better appointed.

We liked the Crowne Plaza Milan City very much because it is within the city center. However, our hote rate was very expensive because unfortunately, we stayed in Milan during the Milan Furniture Fair, the largest furniture fair in the world. Almost all the hotels are fully booked and we were left with an expensive room here. However, we were well taken cared of and very happy with our stay

We liked this hotel very much. Everything went just like it should've. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good, they had for example hot dishes (omelette, bacon, vegetables etc.), bread, fresh fruits, yogurt, muesli, cereals, cakes, croissants, pancakes and waffles. In highest floor they have a small basic gym, with a view over the city and you can see the mountains in the horizon. Next to gym they have two saunas (steam and normal). There is a private parking space in the backyard. Hotel was located about 5km from city center and there was a metro right in front of the hotel. So it's really easy and fast to get to the city center.
