We stayed here for one night before leaving San Fran and I have no complaints!
It was perfect for us as we landed on the morning and left the following morning!

The staff were friendly, room was clean, and the shuttle service to the airport was fantastic!

Nothing fancy but perfect for us

I haven't arrived to the hotel yet, so solely basing on the customer service. I called the hotel and asked about their airport shuttles and the first woman hung up on me after saying, "we'll be there" with no other context. The second woman gave the quickest directions from the airport to those airport shuttles, with little to no regards of if I actually heard her. I preceeded to continuously ask her to talk slower while she gives vague answers of where the shuttles would be at SFO. Like, honey, SFO is gigantic how the flying hell do you want me to find the shuttles at "upper level in the departure in the middle lane across the street". The customer service was completely unhelpful and frankly, she probably didn't know what she was talking about. Hire better employees that are willing to do their job with actual effort.

It's been a while since I last stayed at this hotel. I have found that they have keep the good things like bar and restaurant installations and service. At the same time they have improved in what I found to be weak points in the past, they have new beds, hotel seems cleaner. Room amenities are very good, in addition to the usual I found complementary snacks and water at my room, as well as sleepers, robe and wind down kit.

Nice hotel at the airport for layovers or early flights. Just completed a remodel and the results have made the stay a little nicer. Regular shuttle to SFO and offers great airport parking prices through SpotHero.

Stayed at the hotel for a business Seminar and had no hot water. it came out Luke warm, i did inform the front desk about it. The shower knob is the opposite direction for hot and cold water. i am a Big IHG member and this has been a Sub-par experience from what i would have expected. The Hayatt across the street will be my next stay in San Fran.

I've been to anywhere in the world and have never encountered such unfriendly staff as in this hotel. We had a booking confirmation for 4 people and paid in advance. Suddenly it was said on the spot that we do not get More

It's not worth 200/night. Everything is pretty standard - beds, TV, paid breakfast. Room quality is not great - they are a little bit beat up and not fresh - more like super 8 type... So for 100/night I would give it 5/5,but not for 200(or more)

The hotel was very nice Rooms were average with mediocre amenities. The shower instantaneously got filled because the drain plug was plugged; not sure why they would make it so that you flooded at first instance, I would assume that they would add a drain plug just in case I wanted to take a bath. The shower is very short, I'm not necessarily that tall, but if I would like to raise my arm to clean under my arm I cannot because my hand will hit the drop ceiling above me.

The biggest problem that I saw but that I could clearly hear the highway even through glass. The highway noise was almost too loud for me to sleep at times. Other than that the room was good, comfortable, and clean.

This hotel is tired but more importantly the management of this particular Hotel needs to go back to school. I would rate this hotel somewhere along a Motel 6. The decor of the rooms is about the same as a Motel 6 the water does not get hot in the shower but rather lukewarm. The appliances are dated. The mattress is pretty much at the end of its life.
Room service carts are left by the elevators with food on them for hours at a time. I'm not sure if they expecting their guests to take the room service trays to these food carts but it looks like a nobody spends time to remove them.
We had to go through three rooms before we found one that was semi acceptable. The first room graciously overlooked several dumpsters on the second floor, the second room wreaked off cologne that must have been spilled on the carpet buy a previous guest. Something housekeeping should have definitely addressed with the management maintenance. They are also the toilet seat was loose which again is something housekeeping needs to let maintenance know.
The breakfast buffet it's also close to equivalent of that in a Motel 6. While it is being served in the restaurant at the table my teapot What's missing the knot for the letter. It's the small items that make a hotel into a five-star or not. Here so many things I'm not addressed or are not reported by staff. All this points to I like in management an oversight and or poor funding. For what we paid 4 Hour stay for three nights we could have stayed at several other places in the area that would probably have been much better choices such as the Hyatt Regency.
From here I'm flying to New York and have one more nights booked again at the Crowne Plaza there but I doubt that I will return to either of their properties in the near future.

Room was comfortable and quiet, and I got one of the 'bad' rooms. Personnel (esp. cleaning crew) were nice and patient. Room had single-serve coffee maker, but I wasn't crazy about having to get water for the machine from the bathroom tap. I would stay again, but I'd pay for a nicer view.

the rooms are small, the restaurant bad, small pool for and indoor pool. Kind of a rundown feel and decor. The price was reasonalbe until you add the parking and internet fees. The good, Beds are comfortable, rooms quite rooms. I would have given it a higher rating if I hadn't stayed at a Wyndham in San Jose for the next two days, which included parking and internet, much nicer decor and out classed the Crown in all areas for MUCH less money.

Room was a decent size, everything was neatly organized in place. We had a fridge under the TV, not many channels to choose from. The one thing I disliked was the $30 charge for parking my car at the hotel each night.

I am already pleased with my stay. Peter was very nice friendly and professional when he checked me in. He provided information that was helpful. I talked with Sunita who got us set up on a fun tour. I have certainly enjoyed the contact I have had with these 2 people. I am enjoying the room and comfortable bed.

The location of this hotel was very convenient to get on and off the freeway. There is a walkway across the street where you could go for a walk and watch the airplanes fly into SFO. If you have a fishing pole you could fish off shore or off the little pier further down the walkway. At the end of the walkway there is the Kincaid restaurant. The dining windows all face the bay so you can enjoy the view of the bay as well as watch the planes come in for a landing.
The hotel room is very clean and housekeeping makes your bed and changes the towels. The first night we were there I needed extra face towels and shampoo. I called it in before we left for dinner thinking it would be in the room by the time we got back. Well it was late when we got back so we just let it go. The second night asked for extra face towels and shampoo at the front desk. We did get these item quickly but instead of face towels we got bath towels. We were thinking these people don't listen very carefully. We were disappointed that the place was so worn down. The carpet in the hallways puffed up. The Ice machine on our floor did not produce ice so we had to catch the elevator to find out what floor had ice in their ice machine. For a hotel that charges a lot for rooms and for daily parking you would think you would have better service and updated furnishings. The beds were comfortable not hard and not soft. We did have an ant problem on our last night there. This hotel does have nice areas to sit and chat or have quiet time to yourself. They do have an area where you can buy things you might have forgotten at home or snack foods for a quick meal or drinks.

Excellent experience! The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast buffet is the way to go for both price and quality. What stood out for us was the staff, they were welcoming, professional and happy to attend to our needs. We will be back.

Rooms are large and are unique to American hotels, with amenities such as toothbrushes, slippers and bathrobes.
There was a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and plastic bottled water, so I was able to spend it slowly.
Hotel Airport shuttle bus every 15 minutes. The farthest international terminal is 20 minutes.
However, because it is along the highway, I do not recommend it to the person who is worried about the sound.

Good hotel, but the front desk was confused about many things, to include the fact that there was a restaurant on site which they told me didn't exist. The hotel chain is usually pretty strong though. I'm hoping it was just a fluke and I can update my review later.

Nice cozy rooms. Especially nice to be on the 9th floor and get snacks and water.
Didn't like the noise from the near freeway.
Also didn't like the fact that I had trouble getting hot water. I had to let the water run for a few minutes to get hot water.
They provide a shuttle to the airport which is nice.
Bottom line, OK

This was a smoking hotel, instantly felt my eyes itch when walking into my non-smoking room. They got me another room but same thing, smells like my grandmothers house growing up. Their effort made it a 2 star. Will never stay here again. First room also had a great view of the dumpsters lol!

Had a wonderful experience staying at the Crowne Plaza! All of the staff members were so friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help.

The hotel is clean, well kept, and great for kids!

The valet staff are all extremely friendly (and patient for my with getting my toddler in and out of the car.)

Every morning the housekeeping service greeted my daughter and I with a smile and conversed with us to just see how our morning was. Joanne (number 1, because there are a few Joannes) truly went above and beyond to make our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. She was absolutely wonderful and so very accommodating!!!

I will defintely return to this hotel next time I travel to the Bay Area!

Got to this hotel with the family due to a flight cancellation. We got the rooms on the 9th and 10th floor. Great view. We were very excited with the VIP floor until realized the elevator engine are next to the sleeping wall. The hotel was packed so could not replace. Other than that, was ok.
