This hotel is tired but more importantly the management of this particular Hotel needs to go back to school. I would rate this hotel somewhere along a Motel 6. The decor of the rooms is about the same as a Motel 6 the water does not get hot in the shower but rather lukewarm. The appliances are dated. The mattress is pretty much at the end of its life.
Room service carts are left by the elevators with food on them for hours at a time. I'm not sure if they expecting their guests to take the room service trays to these food carts but it looks like a nobody spends time to remove them.
We had to go through three rooms before we found one that was semi acceptable. The first room graciously overlooked several dumpsters on the second floor, the second room wreaked off cologne that must have been spilled on the carpet buy a previous guest. Something housekeeping should have definitely addressed with the management maintenance. They are also the toilet seat was loose which again is something housekeeping needs to let maintenance know.
The breakfast buffet it's also close to equivalent of that in a Motel 6. While it is being served in the restaurant at the table my teapot What's missing the knot for the letter. It's the small items that make a hotel into a five-star or not. Here so many things I'm not addressed or are not reported by staff. All this points to I like in management an oversight and or poor funding. For what we paid 4 Hour stay for three nights we could have stayed at several other places in the area that would probably have been much better choices such as the Hyatt Regency.
From here I'm flying to New York and have one more nights booked again at the Crowne Plaza there but I doubt that I will return to either of their properties in the near future.
