THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN!!!!
seriously the app is amazing and all but i had some payments problem with the app and here i am day #4 after sending several emails from several accounts and still no reply.
Worst service ever!!!
My husband was charged a yearly membership after he cancelled it on his Apple subscriptions. They replied really fast to our email but after confirming that we wanted to cancel the membership and wanted indeed to have the refund of the recent charge, we never got any reply (3 chase emails and no answer).
The contact number is invalid and when clicking on the send button of the contact form on their website, nothing happens (we tried contacting them this way as well as over the email we were not receiving any answers anymore).
Absolute scammers!

Great view from the office. Decorative and shiny office appreance and open environment.
Having a lot of trouble getting in touch with them for problem shooting. There is a problem with Twitter reauthenticating me constantly. Can't do any of the functions.
I've been paying for this service during 1 year. NO MORE...

The worst support ever, purchased the premium package and paid for a year. Post this I am having issues and have sent over 3-4 mails and no response from the team except for a automated answer. Is this how analytic data companies should behave? Absolutely pathetic customer support, Facebook and LinkedIn DM and Posting dint even work.
Great app for accounts management, user friendly and intuitive interface, various options and parameters included. Can't complain about customer service since I never experienced any trouble. Keep up the good work

They don't respond to messages, you're trapped into the service. The RT on your behalf with your stats is obnoxious...I cannot get them to cancel my subscription or remove me! GRRR

The office is located in cyberone building. It gives a beautiful view of the sea. The office is well maintained. It is easily near to Vashi station.

Excellent! The app does exactly what it says. I don't understand why people are complaining about the follow/unfollow Instagram features not being available anymore. It is not their fault. Instagram has stopped supporting the features for all apps. The support too is really good. Friendly, honest 'champions' who help me out whenever I email them!
Not really unlimited. They claim it is unlimited, but it is limited by twitters coding. They don't mention this at all, and when asked for a refund, I was refused.
I was thinking to get paid product. But... Their greed is amazing. They reduced several times daily limit. In addition, reviews of the service ... No, I pass.
They spam your timeline with ads and severely limit what you can do unless you pay up. I can't recommend this at all.
This is a good app overall, but they do not provide customer service and will basically ignore all emails you send to them. For that reason I can't condone giving them money.
I'm looking for a new Follower/Unfollower app, yet everyone, including Crowdfire, want access to your direct messages..... that is an invasion of PRIVACY...... what the point of a private messaging option if it can be accessed by other 'unknown' people.....
They removed the whole site and replaced it with this fake interactive chat bot but they don't let you back to the site.
I'm not one to write reviews, but I had to. Crowdfire takes control of your Twitter account completely. It can follow random users for you, unfollow your followers, and completely ignore the followers you're trying to follow.
Your numbers will fluctuate from day to day, but you'll slowly notice dramatic drops in followers and users you follow.
Moreover, the app won't work properly. It'll always ask you to reauthenticate or you'll have to reload the page for it to work. Don't waste your money go switch to Tweetpi
DO NOT download... If you do, know that they will eventually ask you for money AND.... AND it's like a virus you can never delete! It will ALWAYS automatically post crowdfire ads to your social media sites. Take my advice, DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!! Horrible!
I ordered by mistake from you, moreover the name of the holder of my bank card on my order was not the right one, I wish to have a refund but I did not have an answer from you for several days.

Not able to delete account when i want to. Told me to email them, did. No response since i dont know when.

Great app until you have a problem. Customer service is terrible and completely unresponsive. Ironing out a billing problem with them is unfortunately impossible,
I love Crowdfire not only for the App itself but for the community that the company has created! it's very inclusive and they really make you feel like "part of the family" from their weekly Twitter #CFChat to the Slack Community they built it really is an all inclusive package. As for the App itself it's getting all types of new and useful features I've even blogged about it a couple times. It does take some getting use to but once you get it nailed down and you get into a regular flow it really is one of the best tools to not only grow your following but share everything you create easily. I don't know why anyone would rate this less than a full 5 stars they obviously didn't take the time to really engage with the app or the community because if they did they would see that this specific Creators Community and i'm a member of many different communities is truly the best out there! I know This sounds like a commercial and maybe even a plant but I assure you This is an Unsolicited Review I am an actual paying user of the app (not employed by or paid to post by the company) and member of the community. Don't take my word for it Look me up you'll see I'm real. This is my honest thoughts and experience with the CrowdFire Company. Thank you Crowdfire for all that you do for the Creators! (FYI: the picture is a community project that we did a couple few months ago or so everyone submitted a selfie and the staff made this awesome company logo collage which really shows how diverse the community is!)
The app manages your instagram and twitter by asking you for some information like who are your competitors and what content would you like to post but it also randomly promotes itself. It ask for which hashtags to use and what to say in direct messages. It will give you an daily update on how things are going with your account. One must be careful though because Crowd fire is a good app but it is strongly advised that the owner of the account checks in their self to see what is exactly happening and if change is needed. In conclusion I believe that is an amazing app if the person managing the account checks in on it everyday to see if its is necessary for them to use Crowdfire.
its a good app to use but.....paying systems should be not considered....and
for these purposes i dont prefer to pay credits.
Worst experience I have ever had. I should have done more research. Product is sketchy. No response from customer service. Search in twitter for Crowdfire and take a look at the latest tabs - They take over your account.
