Chips in my floor in less than 3 months. Took 7 months before they made it out to look at them. They did not fix them. They are still that way after almost 2 years. What good is a 30 year warranty when no one will fix it the same way it was installed? Too many boards to count that are not a tight fit where they snap together. I would not recommend buying from Cronin. Very poor service.

Great for always finding all the supplies & tools I need for my floor covering installation business. I don't think I've ever came in here looking for a particular supply or tool and not been able to find it. Pricing is comparatively equal to, or occasionally a little less than, other installation supply stores. ALWAYS receive great customer service. Once I brought in an electric stapler to have it repaired and something happened to it. It was some how misplaced. I had no problems when I went in to pick it up and they couldn't find it. They just gave me a brand new one and apologized. The new one I got was an upgraded version of mine, because they didn't have any new ones in stock of the one I had originally dropped off. No problems, no having to wait forever for managers approvals or anyting, just an apology and a brand new upgraded version of my stapler. Quick and easy. Thank you Cronin Company! (and p.s. u can lose any of my tools anytime, for a brand new upgraded version.... HAHAHAHAHA just kidding)
