Chips in my floor in less than 3 months. Took 7 months before they made it out to look at them. They did not fix them. They are still that way after almost 2 years. What good is a 30 year warranty when no one will fix it the same way it was installed? Too many boards to count that are not a tight fit where they snap together. I would not recommend buying from Cronin. Very poor service.
