Kris Benjamin went above and beyond in her search for a home for us. She spent many hours driving around looking at homes for us while we were in another state; she would Skype us to show us the houses as she toured them, she was present when the inspection took place, and advised us every step of the way. There was nothing she would not do for us and we greatly appreciated it. I would highly recommend her to anyone! Great Job Kris!!
Bad service, they have old construction, management is not supportive.
Crawford Hoying is a horrible company who will try to over bill you on a daily basis. Stay far away.

Poor apartment management, unresponsive support. They said they'd fix a broken door in 30 minutes. It took 2 weeks.
Nothing like getting put on hold for 20 minutes by the "emergency" maintenance line. Truly ridiculous.
They also won't accept pay pal, cash app or venmo. It is 2020. There is no excuse for that.

now great things are quickly changing in the inter core of greater downtown. the suburbs are very strong in Dayton, and i believe great works will continue. we will be pleasantly surprised. Crawford Hoying and Windsor along with Woodard Development have been creating great projects; also Simms is doing great work as well. what i think Dayton could use is a new building(mid rise-8 to 14 floors build at the Deeds property). perhaps 100 or so units of all sizes, even build in two structures; balconies and a roof top restaurant or bar with worthwhile views of downtown, also continuing the skyline greatly across the river. the apartment boom could develop north to the former Park Side property. just a few ideas i hope is shared with companies involved thus far. Dayton is on the rebound big time and all the airport development and the glass company in the former Moraine plant are great momentum moving forward. i believe Nan (mayor) is doing a great job. working the downtown first is wise so then the greater Dayton region will rework out to the suburbs. my hometown is getting it's eggs in a row; and i wish it great progress.
I've lived at Bridge Park for about 2.5 years and enjoy it very much. The maintenance team is professional and responsive and the office team is great. Lauren always responds to my emails same day and is always friendly and helpful.
I came from a neighborhood called alkire glen which they no longer are in charge of. I left December 6th of 2016 for the military active duty with proof of orders. I come home a few months later and they said I owed them 1032 dollars for skipping December's payment. Mind you I turned in a notice to the office. So now they call me everyday. I already don't make alot because of the military and now this adds more to my life.. thank you Crawford hoying! If anyone wants further proof I have screen shots. I have also tried to call the main building to talk to someone. Funny how all lines are just SO busy.. doesn't even ring
